I'm rating it so poorly because it's bad, it's hot garbage baking in the sun bad. This is a great learning opportunity for the rest of us. Proofread before hitting publish. At some point, early on, the second and third parts of the book get switched, leaving you with whiplash. I thought Audible had jumped ahead, but no, it's the source material that's messed up.

With how many books the author has published, how quickly these 200+ page novels are published, the inconsistencies in this book, and repetitive nonsense in this book, I've come to the conclusion that it is AI. AI, in theory, can be a helpful tool, but not when you're feeding it a few thought fragments and then hitting publish. This author is going on my do not engage list.

Now it's not a true audiobook; it's from Audible Virtual Voice, so there are no paid voice actors involved. I don't love this since my phone can do this easily and for free, but the voice is about 10-15% better than the one for my app. I'm thankful that I didn't buy this book and only listened via the Audible Plus program.

Audible suggested this to me, and I didn't realize it was a part of a series. That would've been helpful to know; I could have read previous books and had more background. Goodreads doesn't even list this as being a part of a series. I only found that out when I was poking around on the author's page and found a similarly titled book and read the description.

Needs editing

This was a good story, but it requires editing the second and third parts of the book were switched. making it seem at first that a large portion of the main events were skipped. ALSO, almost the whole book was written in sentence fragments . It seems a style choice, but the occasional article or conjuction would have made the reading flow better and give the remaining sentence fragments more importance.

Awesome book awesome series

This is a fantastic series - I wasn't so engaged with book 3 but my tablet wouldn't let me leave a review it was still good but more explanation throughout the book & lots less actual conversation - but this last book went back!!!!!! Great action & believability between mob families & federal authorities!!!!

I was reading these stories in the box set. I was enjoying them until I got to the Omega Spy. The book was not edited and was put out in a mixed order. I couldn’t even finish it and I tried, hard. It made the rest of the books feel less.

Good story

This was another good story from the author, but there were significant editing and timeline issues. The story could benefit from a thorough re- editing.
