A manual, not unlike the kind that Labor Notes publishes, except that Gross walks workers through non-traditional options they have the power to determine like traditional vs. non-traditional CBAs, dues collection options, even exclusive representation and NLRB certifications, or fighting issue fights as a minority effort. This is good because Gross has a following among workers in industries that AFL-CIO unions are mostly not serious about organizing, and those workers need to figure out how to self-organize.
