I had been waiting for this book to release so when Morgan offered me an ARC I was over the moon and dropped everything to read it immediately. I read this from start to finish without a break I was so engrossed. Jam-packed with action and romance, I didn't want this story to end. I wasn't sure if another one of Morgan's men could top Scar for me, but Nathan is just rugged and sexy. And the details were fantastic! There are quite a few twist and surprises and mention of my other fave man Scar but I don't want to spoil anything you have to read it to get all the goods. One of the best written books I have read. Rage, won me over instantly. She isn't whiny or annoying. The woman holds her own and doesn't need a man but that doesn't stop Mud from getting her motor running. The chemistry between them was so natural nothing was forced or instant- this book left me with a huge smile on my face. A must read if you love sexy bikers and strong characters.

Finding Morgan Jane Mitchell and the Asphalt God's MC was bittersweet. I read and fell hard for the God's, especially Scar and Emery in the first two books of this series. Immediately, I began stalking and begging the author for more. When pre-orders for Heelz went live, I was one clicking with a smile on my face. Then, I was offered an ARC copy and it made my smile bigger knowing I would get to read much sooner.

Heelz picks up with giving the back story on Rage and how she becomes a motorcycle riding, badass member of Hell on Heelz. These ladies ride, party, fight and have just as much drama as the brothers of the Asphalt Gods' MC. The search for club justice throws Rage and Mud together, while they discover how intense their connection is and if they can put aside club problems for a future.

Club issues are coming to a head, leaving us wondering what the future holds for these red hot couples. Not only for Rage and Mud, but Scar and Emery.

My love for Scar continues and I was surprised how easy I fell for Mud in this book. I am addicted to this series and can not wait to dig deeper when the story continues for the hot men of the Asphalt Gods MC.

We met the ladies of the Hell on Heelz MC in the Asphalt God’s books, and I was so glad we were given the chance to really get to know these strong women. Their story is fast paced, action packed and filled with some intense moments. Just as in her previous books this author sucked me into the Edie aka Rage’s and Mud’s story. It is not a pretty one, it is not sweet, their story is full of betrayal, death and hurt but it was just so good.


In Heel of Heelz we are given the back ground of Rage’ life before she became the President of an all- female MC. I could not help but feel for this character. I have been where she was and I constantly connected with her. After learning her husband and the father of her two children had cheated on her, she felt displaced in life. She had given so much of her life to this man that she no longer knew who she was any longer. She was hurt, mad, enraged and promised to never let another man hurt that way again. I really love the woman she is now in the present day. She is strong, confident, controlled and can hold her own. The MC is someplace where I can see myself living. These women are badass, they ride fast and know how to party hard. Just when Rage finds her footing in life a club death will pit two MC’s against each other. Rage will come face to face with a man that will make her start think she can trust again.


Mud and his twin brother have been a part of the Asphalt MC for a while, but his brother’s absence and betrayal has left a strain in their relationship. Mud was fantastic, he is everything a biker should be. He is ruthless, sexy and rugged. He is loyal to his club, but when he meets Rage there is something that pulls at his heart.


As the story unfolds, Rage and Mud spend more time together, there is a strong attraction and bond. Their relationship felt so natural. It was not an instant love, yes there was an instant connection but their relationship took time to build. Their relationship is not easy, there is something strong between them, but their loyalties to their clubs will keep them apart. This story was great, and considering it was a MC read the author left nothing out. It had violence, murder, rape and kidnapping which are huge facets of a MC. True to form for Ms. Mitchell there were plenty of twist and turns in this book that kept me guessing throughout. More secrets are revealed as issues within both clubs are coming to a peak and the future for many are left uncertain, who will make it out on top when this is all over?

Wow !!
We've already met the "Heelz" all female MC in the Asphalt Gods books; Scar and Seven Sunsets. We know part of the history of who Banshee is, what she does etc. In this we we see her take in Edie/Rage who is a mum of 2, and happily married, or so she thinks. When Banshee offers her more work, realising that she's in need of something more, Edie accepts. She doesn't realise just "what" it is that she's getting herself into, especially when it all goes wrong and she meets Mud.
Mud is part of the Asphalt Gods MC, who's having problems of his own because of his twin brother, Goose. What is meant to be a simple task though soon turns sour when he runs into Rage and the lines start to get blurred. But, will he be able to go through with what he's meant to do ? Will Rage manage to give the message ??
This story pulled me in from the start, it flowed brilliantly and i loved how well developed each of the characters were. Thee fact that Rage and Mud are meant to be rivals doesn't go unnoticed but neither does the chemistry which really was great.
There were some sneaky twists that i never expected and some seriously hot sexy scenes !!
Fantastic book and story and i hope we get more from these 2 too. !!

Hell on Heelz in one hell of a wild ride. There is so much going on in this part of the Asphalt Gods' MC story. I loved that this book took a long look at the Heelz. I absolutely loved Edie. When she could have easily curled up in a ball with the loss of her husband and kids, she instead goes badass. Serious badass. She's just coasting through life not expecting much when Mud comes into her life and rocks her world both in and out of the bedroom. There is so much going on within the MC that changes everything. Mud's brother is off the rails and Rosa is right there with him. I loved the cabin moments that Edie and Mud shared. Sweet and sexy for sure. The rest of the story isn't as sweet as there is loss for everyone and some major changes along the way. I so enjoyed Edie's story.

I give Hell on Heelz 5 hearts!

So glad that I asked my MC reader group for a recommendation. I really enjoyed this book. Rage is my shero she's a kick-ass biker chick. The beginning drew me in like a moth to a flame. There was so much going on I hardly put it down. So happy I found this series I'm going to start at the beginning of the series.

Drowning in a world of one night stands, alcohol and illegal activities her goal to see her children falls further from her grasp. With club business taking a serious turn and the future looking uncertain can Rage step up when the MC needs a new Prez?

Set in the same time frame as the other books in this series, this can be read as a stand alone and I actually read this first then went back to read Scar and Seven Sunsets. Told mainly from Rage's point of view we see a little more Scar but only from a distance. This is a story of survival and doing what you can to get by. Rage has her perfect world turned upside down and loses faith in her own self worth. Hardened by a lifetime of not fitting in, not belonging she will do anything to keep the Heels together. Until she meets Mud. He's part of a rival MC, a sworn enemy to her club and yet he sees beyond the cut. A burgeoning forbidden romance laced with fear and the knowledge that they can't have forever Rage finds her calm in the arms of Mud. Learning to love again in the least likely of places will club business prove too big an obstacle for them to overcome?

This is a really difficult review to write as this is an action packed instalment with so much going on that I want to give a blow by blow account! Club rivalries, plots and plans to get ahead all had me squealing with delight as they were revealed! Not everyone is as they appear and they all want something that only can be gained by death. It's a dark and gritty MC read that makes no excuses for the harsh reality of the MC life. Ruled by sex, money and power it's cut throat and bloody. I honestly cannot wait to read more about Scar and his one true love, I think there are many more revelations to come!

This is the third book on the Asphalt Gods' MC. This book is about the Hell on Heelz MC that we got to meet in the previous two books. This book is mostly about Rage and Mud's story. You can definitely read this book as a stand alone, but I always love reading the first of a series cuz you are getting the back story to them all, and I really...really REALLY loved the first two books in this series!!! I do have to say that this book was not my fav and I really hate to say it.. It makes me sad cuz I was sooo freaking excited to read this book!! It may have been just me but I just didn't connect in the beginning like I did with the other books. The first two were sooo bad ass and kept me reading and reading from the very beginning, this one really didn't start for me until later in the book...Then it started kicking ass for me..lol

Then all the action, fighting with the other MC clubs and twists and turns began. Not to mention the romance between Rage and Mud.. and wait until you get to the scene at the pond...it was really HAWT...lol

"Here I was giggling again"...Rage "Holy Hell, what a glorious sight. Already, he was a heaping helping of a man with his rolling, rippling muscles, spattering of tattoos and beard with honey hair draped down to his biceps."

Mud "From behind this chick was kicking. An ass like that, I'd remember fucking, as my eyes traveled up her body, I'll be damned, I knew this woman. None other than the vixen who had me all hot and bothered and left me with blue balls and a sore noggin a couple of nights ago-the fucking Heel who'd gotten way stood in my Go Mart, mixing a coffee."
This part of the story actually cracked me up...Mud is definitely such a bad ass alpha male and he definitely has his eyes out for Rage!!

I gave this book 3.5 iScream Stars. I also saw at the end of the book that there will be a book 4 of the Asphalt Gods MC books, Morgan gives you a little taste of it and ohhh cant wait for this one as well.

This was an early copy read for an honest review as part of release blitz This is an MC with a difference, it's run by women. It's full of violence, blood and guns. The rival male gangs are full of infighting over control, women and territories. The whole story is based around the main character Rage, she has spent years as a mother and wife then is betrayed. Her life changes and spirals out of control, losing everything she try's to find a way back. Joining Hell on Heelz MC , living in fear, uncertainty and not knowing who she can really trust. Existing in a day to day, doing as she's told chaos.
Violence, murder, rape and kidnapping are all a big part of this book, the rivals taking what they want when they want. Rage meets someone from one of the other gangs during all this, there's a spark but both have their own issues and problems to deal with. Can Rage learn to trust and love again, there is so much to overcome.
I read this not sure if a woman's mc could work in what is traditionally a male orientated world, but by the time I was a few chapters in I forgot all that. There didn't seem to be a great deal of difference, the women and the life are hard. Though I do feel that with the men there is a bit more of a brotherhood, more standing together more support.
Its a great story with all you expect from this type of book, the writing flows through continually apart from early on. That being the moving on from wife/mother to a drinking biker chick who has lost everything. I felt I would have liked to have had a little more of that area and not just jump pretty much straight from one to the other, with only a small amount of reference to what had happened. But that is just my opinion and other than that very minor part it is a very good book and I will certainly be getting others in the series.

Hell on Heelz is not the first book by Morgan Jane Mitchell I have read and certainly want be the last. This is not your typical romance story nor is it your typical MC book. What do you do when you find out your perfect life, perfect marriage, perfect husband, perfect kids is turned upside down. Well if you are Edie, you fight back. After ten years of marriage Edie finds out that her husband has been cheating on her with a much younger woman. Edie is introduced to a motorcycle club for woman. She is just trying to find herself while everyone around her is living the good life. After their president is killed, Edie was goes by the name Rage is on a mission to find her killer. What is didn't expect to find was Mud, a member of a rival MC. Mud is dealing with his on stuff and his twin Goose. When Mud and Rage finally get together, the sex scenes are HOT! The question is can Mud be trusted, he is also younger than Rage? Can love really exist between two rival MC's?
I loved that is was not your typical romance or your typical MC book. The struggles that Rage goes through felt real to me.This book brought out so many emotions for me, hate, love, fear. This is a stand alone but is part of Asphalt of God's Series. I didn't feel like I had missed out by not reading the other books first. I would recommend this book if you like MC genre.

Hell Is Full Of Hotness!

This is my first book by Morgan Jane Mitchell. As I started reading this I was hooked into the story. It is a serious stand alone story but when I realized some of the characters are from another book, I went an got that one to read first, just to fill me in and answer a few questions.

In this book we are introduced to Edie/Rage and we find ourselves on a journey with her through the heartache, fury, despair, and hope of her life as she learns of her husbands betrayal. She starts to find herself with the help of the MC and the strong women there. When she meets Mud her world slowly starts to change again, he is a forbidden love and she just needs to taste it to feel alive.

Ms Mitchell's characters are strong and rich with life. Her attention to detail is one of the most powerful aspects of her books. She has an uncanny grip into the psyche of her readers and delivers with a tale brimming with action, adventure, and intrigue. I would highly recommend her book to everyone with a thirst for adventure and a need for sit on the edge of your seat reading. 5 stars.

Hell on Heelz is part of the Asphalt of God's series, but can be read as a stand alone. This is not the first book I have read by Morgan but is the first in this series. What do you do when you have the perfect life, and in the blink of an eye its turned upside down? Well this is what Edie has to figure out. After a year, she decides enough is enough with her cheating ex husband. The only place Edie, who now goes by the name Rage, feels comfortable with is the Hell on Heelz MC. This is not your traditional MC, this is for woman. And this is exactly what she needs.
After the president of the club is killed, Rage is out to found out her killer. What she didn't expect to find was one sexy man, Mud. Mud is dealing with his own stuff from his club. Mud doesn't really have time to deal with Rage but he knows for some reason he needs to protect her.
Can two people find love when so much is at stake? I loved this book and would recommend it.

This is book 3 in the Asphalt Gods' MC but can be read as a standalone. I have not read any of Morgan's books before but after reading this one I will be reading the others in the Asphalt Gods' Series.

This book is about Rage and you are on an adventure from the start while she finds her place in this world after finding her husband a man she has been with for over 10 years has been cheating on her with a younger woman. This book is a story of survival and Rage doing what she must in order to get by. It is told mostly from Rage's POV. While trying to keep things together in the Heelz MC she meets Mud who is part of a rival MC and sworn enemy to the club. He is the one who calms her but them being together is not only frowned upon but also a bit forbidden.

This book was beyond amazing with its plot twists that you are flipping page after page to reveal. Its dark, forbidden, and raw. I cant wait to read more of these characters in the future.

This story carries on from Gods asphalt series. Scar. But this can be a standalone story.

We meet Edi, who is a married woman. But it all changed when Neil breaks her heart, and she loses her rage and becomes part of Hell on Heelz, to stay safe and after losing her kids to her husband. This picks up from end of Scar.

We meet Mud, who is a outlaw with Asphalt Gods, he was on a run with Scar and came across Edi aka Rage, who was part of the people after Scar.

What happens when he keeps him with her? What about Goose? What is the story behind Asphalt gods and Hell on Heelz history?

This story was amazing. I couldn't put it down once I started. I read the Asphalt series before reading this. But you can read this alone.

I've been begging Morgan for more Asphalt God's since I finished Seven Sunsets. I mean, who doesn't need more Scar?!! So offered me an ARC I was ecstatic.

It's no secret that I'm in love with Scar. However, I *think* I may need to replace him with Mud *swoon*

Hell on Heelz is action packed, full of heat & twist. We get another look at the Goose skipping out of the Asphalt God's & the murder of the Banshee.

While there are many characters we already know & love, we meet some new ones as well. Rage ..... what can I say? The girl is fierce!!!

All I can say, is gimme Sunsets and give it to me now!

This was my first book to read by Morgan Jane Mitchell and I found it to be very tense with a twisted side. This definitely wasn't a typical biker book due to the fact the main character was a woman. It was my first book reading about a woman MC. It definitely wasn't what I expected. Right from the start the story will shock you (at least it did me) and will test your ability to read on. This book may not be for everyone.

Edie Pearl or Rage as her MC sisters call her is out to bring down the man who killed her pres but instead she gets caught up in a hot romance with Mud a rival MC club member. Keeping things on the down low proves to be easier said then done when members want revenge.

I received an advanced copy of this book for an honest review. This is book 3 of the series The Asphalt Gods' MC series by the author. This is not a sweet romance but a hard core hard hitting MC romance story.

This is the backstory of Rage who is the new President of a female biker club, the Hell on Heelz MC after the death of her President and is caught up in a life or death situation surrounding her club. This story is full of drama, violence, murder and plenty of steamy moments.

Rage is this badass female biker who plays and loves hard. The demons and heartache of her past will never control her again, as she has become this strong confident woman and has found a new family with the Hell on Heelz. Rage now will come face to face with ruthless, sexy Mud, member of the Asphalt Gods MC when club justice pushes them together. Will Rage be able to trust again? Mud is dealing with a lot pain with the betrayal of his twin brother Goose and is loyal to his club when he intervenes to help Scar and Emery. With both clubs fighting each other, Rage and Mud discover they have an intense passionate connection they won't be able to resist. Will they be able to put club problems aside and have a future together or will club issues keep them apart? This fast paced story is full twists and turns, intense moments, betrayal and death as we are left wondering if they will ever be able to be together.

This book is about and all womens MC. Their club is call Hell on Heelz MC. Rage is a member who is pitted against another member to hunt down Scar and Emery after the Hell on Heelz president is shot and killed. Leggs who is the mother to the past president tasks Rage with bringing Emery in so that they collect the bounty that is on her head and she wants Scar because he has always been like a son to her and she wants to know exactly what happened to her daughter. Mud is a member of the Asphalt Gods MC and he and Rage meet because he has been helping Scar to get to California, but the trip was interrupted when most of the Hell on Heelz MC tracked them down and disrupted their trip. Mud said that he would chase down the Heelz, but when he goes he finds Rage instead and doesn't know at first that she is in line to be the next president. Can these two enemies have a personal life together outside of their clubs. They are both very loyal to their patch. Is there any way that they can make it? You can borrow or buy the book to find out.

Morgan Jane Mitchell is fast becoming one of my favorite authors.

Absolutely amazing additional to the Asphalt Gods MC this awesome story about Rage & Mud was a thrilling emotional ride. This was a highly unpredictable pair up you have Rage who has been burned by a horrible husband who mistreated her and cheated on her with a younger female. Rahe is so independent, strong willed and a force to come up against but she met her match with Mud who takes what he wants and that is rage but she tries to let her pride and mistrust ruin a good thing.

The author gives you tons of different emotions like: hate, rage, revenge, hurt, loss, mistrust and lots of twist and turns you never see coming. This was awesome addition to the series and it gives you bits and pieces of Emery & Scar of some more of there story along with a few members of future books. Can Rage forget her past hurt and try to find love ?

Rage thought she had it all until her husbands cheating ways come to light, she finds a new home and family within within H*ll on Heelz female MC but incidents lead her to rise to Pres. When her paths cross with Mud of the Seven sunsets MC  could this be the start of electric or is their to much history between their two clubs? Well written fast paced action packed desire filled, emotionally riding MC read. Rage and Mud will give you all the feels and leave you craving more! Your heart tears and repairs in this wild ride! Part of a series but can be read as a standalone, but you dont want to miss more bad azz bikers from this great author!

Unfinished love story

Edie was cheated on by her husband and joins the Heelz. She feels somewhat trapped by Banchee the President. After Banchee is killed she runs into Mud.

Their attraction is off the charts. They fall in love however it's just left hanging as The Author left ya hanging. The end for now...

I figured since it was said to be a standalone we would have at least been left with someone but no, they part ways with the agreement to meet up so Mud can meet her kids.

Wow! There is so much in this story. This picks up on the back story of how Hell on Heelz started and Edie aka Rage becomes a member. These ladies ride, party, fight and have the drama as much as the brothers of the AGMC. This story is action packed and there is so much going on with betrayal, death and some trust issues. But once you get started reading it is hard to put down. And you don’t want it to end, the connection with Edie and Mud is intense. I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

Enjoyable

This is definitely different than most of the MC books i have read. This one is all about the woman. There is a club of nothing but woman and this story line will definitely take you on a wild ride. Twists turns suspense things you never show coming. Great character chemistry. I loved that all the other characters from the other books are involved. A great addition to this series. Cant wait to read more.

Wow, this book was an amazing read that grabbed me and kept me reading until the very last word was read. I could not put it down and had to finish it in one sitting. It moves along at a pace which is perfect for making an enjoyable read as it was not too fat nor too slow. The characters are awesome and you cannot help but love them and you want to be there for them no matter what. This is a story that needs to be read, there is no doubt about it.

I dunno...this was just stunk in the middle of a trilogy and fucked the flow of that up. The dude on the cover looks NOTHING like the H. I was picturing JMJ...this guy ruined that. Thank fuck I didn’t like the book so it didn’t matter anyway. On to book 4, let’s hope it fixes the bullshit this caused with continuity of the first 2 books.
