What is Maladaptive Daydreaming? The yet-to-be recognized condition is characterized by its sufferers finding themselves falling into deep, intense daydreaming episodes that can often last hours at a time. While the Maladaptive Daydreaming is currently only considered as a symptom of other more well-known mental conditions, such as depression and anxiety, many people around the world find themselves suffering from MD without knowing much about it, or, more importantly, how to make it stop.
This book aims to provide some basic information on Maladaptive Daydreaming, covering the possible causes and symptoms, as well as a series of potential treatments for Maladaptive Daydreaming that you can start using immediately to help you return to reality.

Not worth the price but informative for new learners
Most of what is in this book you can find on the Internet with enough research, or you can ask on a tumblr blog and get the information for free. I stumbled upon this and thought I should get it in case it has some nugget of wisdom I didn't expect. But it should be 99p rather than the price it is now.
I like this book better than the first one I read! I felt that even though it had fewer pages it went more in-depth, and it gave me some valuable insight! Love this book lots!
