Tips to apply right away

This book is practical and caring. It explains how ADHD shows up in boys and helps with small steps you can use right away. It has a 30 minute plan that makes it very easy to start. The scripts helped me talk without struggles, and the checklists helped to keep routines on track. The school tips are also great. The book has no fluff, just what works. I’d recommend!
