Jacen Ryker barely survived his first week aboard the Cerberus, and the crew is still stranded in an unknown galaxy.
Now he’s stuck juggling the ship’s adorable Chief Science Officer, Minerva, and his sultry, possessive alien fiancée, Princess Arulya. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew seems very interested in their new favorite male passenger.
As if that weren’t enough, Jacen’s awakening powers are starting to flare. Just as they discover an intelligent civilization.
Love, war, and hormonal chaos are about to collide. And Jacen’s standing right in the blast zone.
The story is pretty interesting but I concur with the other review, the author is randomly changing some of the characters personalities and it's pretty baffling
Yes a continuation in both plot, and terrible grammar. Whether this rating is 3 or 4 stars depends on how objective i can be before I hit submit.
I feel that the amount of sentence fragments that occur in this series dwarfs the amount of fragments I've ever created in any writing since I started writing as a child.
The prevalence of errors went from annoying to laughable, but then swung back around to maddening.
There really is so much going on that's good, so it just feels sad that extra care isn't taken. Maybe the author will actually do their work proud and rework it, like some other authors have done with their work.
Things take a turn and... I don't know if I loved it, but I respect that at least the MC pays for his mistakes.
I'm hooked enough to keep going but if you're a real stickler for grammar this does not improve like some authors do as they continue a series so be warned.
