Geniales referencias a memes y a la cultura pop.

This was clearly very cheaply made at points and I think I even noticed a blatant spelling error where they forgot the T at the start of town in the Barbie movie spoof but I still have to give it four stars because it’s actually so spectacularly bad that’s it’s hilarious and that’s almost perfect because it’s meant to be a corny comedy edition.
I would classify this Archie comic as Archie’s attempt at doing a “Mad” style parody comic spoofing 2025 pop culture for a G rated audience. It’s very of its time and 2024-2025 in its humor so it is dated, right down to referencing when TikTok had a bunch of songs removed last year because of licensing disruption issue, but I still enjoyed it because I was just floored Archie’s of all places went there since usually we think of this franchise as something stuck in the 50s.
It referenced everything from Deadpool, to the Barbie movie, to TikTok, right down to tinder and memes like, “this is fine” and “one does not simply,”
If you ever get the chance to have your hands on this it’s a must for how comedically terrible it is. The whole comic is a meme onto itself in the best worst way possible.
Loses a single star though because at the end of the day I have to admit it’s not good even if I enjoyed throughly laughing at how bad it was.

A more experimental collection with literal meme-remakes at one point which was a nice surprise! I think I do prefer classic Archie comics though.
