Dalilah Gallagher has, once again, gotten herself into a tight spot with the devious Nottingham. Her unexpected pregnancy, while still married to Nottingham, put her into a position where she feel that she is trapped. For Nottingham is presumed the father of the unborn child.
But, if there is one thing that Dalilah knows, it is that Nottingham will never get his hands on this child.
Can Dalilah find a way out of her impossible situation.
Dalilah has one mission and that's to keep her baby away from her sick and twisted husband. However with NY law he is the presumed father and there's will be a fight with Blake Nottingham. She believes Luke is the father and this should be the best time for them. They have a lot of choices they have to make together to be able to fight this. Nottingham has the money and power to still destroy both of them and he no doubt will do everything he can to do it.
Rather then writing individual but similar reviews to each book to this trilogy I thought I would put the review as one. I thought that this was a great trilogy with a bit of everything, romance, steam and loads of drama. Some areas seemed ridiculous but that's what make the book interesting and unique. Throughout the books I kept wondering when Nottingham would make his appearance and screw things up for Dalilah and Luke. There is so much going on with this book that'll keep the readers interesting. There is never a dull moment.
Just be warned once you get one book your going to want to get the next book straight away because the ending of the first two left a bit of a hanger that'll leave you wanting to see what happens after. I thought that ending was interesting and loved that it felt complete that there was nothing left to wonder about. Overall this was a great book and I recommend you lovely readers who love a great steamy and drama-filled book.
I had to force myself to finish. It all became so unbelievable and ridiculous. Plus, "chips fall where they fall" and other similar phrases were so overused by multiple players that it became an annoying distraction. You could play a drinking game with it.
