A psychologist, Dr. Munshi, decides to publish a book about three of his past patients, all of whom had committed crimes but were never caught. Before he can finish the book, Dr. Munshi is mysteriously murdered. It is now up to Feluda, the famous detective, to unravel the mystery.
Feluda's revelation: One of the patients, Radhakanta Mullick, had a personal vendetta against Dr. Munshi. Years ago, Mullick's father was killed in a road accident involving Munshi's car. Under the guise of being a patient, Mullick came to Dr. Munshi's house with the intent to kill him. However, when he arrived at Munshi's room, he discovered that the doctor was already dead.Dr. Munshi's son, Shankar, destroyed the manuscript because it contained UNFLATTERING details about him.The actual murderer was Dr. Munshi's brother-in-law, who killed him under the direction of Munshi's wife.
