A good refresher for project management, or seeing through any group-based work. Not a lot of concrete examples or guides, unfortunately, but by sticking to the big picture the text works well for getting across the major point of project management, as well as illustrating what works and what should be avoided.

This book neither sticks to theory , nor emphasizes on practical examples. Towards end some example templates are provided which are not at all realistic or usable. But language is very informal and intuitive . Expected a bit more importance on the subject itself .
