Good checklists focused on workplace

I grabbed this because my brain literally never shuts up, especially right before I'm trying to sleep or when I have a big presentation coming up. A lot of self-help books are just full of fluff like "just breathe", but this one actually explains why your brain spirals into "catastrophizing" (which I totally do). The best part is the little "to-do lists" at the end of the chapters. They make the advice feel like actual steps you can take, like "write down three fears", instead of just vague ideas about finding peace. It’s easy to read and doesn't make you feel like a weirdo for worrying about everything.
