This book has a lot of great insight for the adult ballet student. It was well organized and the flow was nice, but keep in mind it's a lot of Information being thrown at you. I can tell in the writing that English is not the author's first language so there were some grammatical errors and words that didn't quite make sense, but it wasn't anything to deter you from understanding the big picture and it wasn't so much as to be annoying.
Overall, I learned a lot from this book. The author is open about the fact that she did ballet classes when she was younger and then just quit and picked it back up during her college and post graduation years. But, I appreciated that she also gave hope for the adult ballet student that never attended a ballet class previously. She breaks it down how best to progress and to assess your individual goals and how to better achieve them.
Overall, I'm glad I read this one. It is currently on Kindle Unlimited, but it has so much great info and I highlighted a lot of it that a part of me would like to buy it so I can always reference back to it.
