Wow. Wow. Did I say Wow? I was always under the (obviously mistaken) impression that people who wrote laws could speak English. This book does a great job of translating the recent additions to the Securities and Securities Exchange Acts.

I will refrain from ranking this book, because my impression is that it is subject to perhaps drastic change within the next few years.
