Waves of A Hotwife Story One couple. One cruise. One stranger who changes everything.
Dave and Ellie are on a luxury cruise, expecting nothing more than sun, sea, and shared moments—just like every other holiday they’ve enjoyed together. But then something shifts. A spark. A glance. A moment that stirs fantasies unspoken and curiosities unexplored.
They meet Bob.
Bob is a confident, attentive fellow passenger, and Ellie finds herself torn between guilt and longing—between loyalty and the thrill of being desired. What begins as playful flirtation slowly builds into something far more daring. As Ellie edges closer to temptation, Dave must confront the intoxicating power of watching… and wanting.
Will Ellie take the plunge? And if she does—will it break them apart, or awaken something neither of them expected?
A slow-burn, emotionally charged journey into first-time temptation, marital tension, and unforgettable pleasure. Perfect for fans of realistic hotwife storytelling, shared desire, and the complex beauty of consensual exploration.
Includes an optional follow-up chapter for all formats.
Includes exclusive print-only Ellie’s private diary.
Alex Lee is an author of adventure erotica specializing in hotwife stories with unforeseen twists and unexpected endings. The stories follow the wives and husbands on their exotic journeys of rediscovering love, sex, and adventure.
Alex takes inspiration from travelling around the world and meeting people of different backgrounds, interests, and cultures.
I've DNF'd this book at about the 2/3rds mark. I just don't like the Bull in this story.
The wife has stated her choice repeatedly, yet the Bull keeps pushing. I think it's more creepy than entertaining. I also think that he's using his wealth to compromise the husband and try to buy the wife. And there's little discussion between husband and wife.
I've found the story annoying.
I've read the ending and in the end the wife "loves" it, but the progress is through her explicitly and repeatedly stated objections. It's more relentless coercion and I don't appreciate it. And there's little discussion husband is doing nothing to support his wife's stated desires.
The story's well written and edited.
A grudging 4 Stars for the quality of the writing. As I write this, I've decided I detest the Bull and the husband.
I think this story has put me off ever going on a cruise: too much free booze, activities, excursions and you can't seem to get away from obnoxious people or crowded facilities.
Until you get to the optional chapter at the end. And why do they put in an optional chapter right after the epilogue. Do they really think that many readers will not look at it after they got that far.
Anyway more about that later.
I loved this for all the reasons the author mentioned in the beginning.
It’s not just a story of hotwife/cuckold and their sex. The vast majority of the text draws out the stresses and strains of getting into the lifestyle in what you might call “the wrong way”.
Our couple is on a cruise and meet this bull (no they don’t know that at the very beginning, but quite soon.)
He’s rich, into hotwives and swinging, and gets enthralled with the wife. Of course he’s huge and seduces her very early on, at the same time bringing out the cuckold in the husband. He tries to soften it for the husband by saying he’s a stag, not a cuckold. I don’t think that matters to the story or the husband, but I’ll later tell you why he’s a cuckold.
After that first night the couple have both been taken in by this very well endowed rich man. But they also have strong reservations, especially the wife as she was obviously blown away by the sex she experienced.
The rest of the story is them, again particularly the wife, going back and forth about the situation. There’s a lot of realistic tension, which draws you in and definitely made me want to not put the book down.
NOW I’M GOING TO BE CHATTING ABOUT THE ENDING AND IF YOU THINK THAT YOU WANT TO READ THE BOOK, QUIT HERE AND COME BACK WHEN YOU FINISH TO SEE IF YOU AGREE WITH ME.
The final phase of the book is where I formulated my conclusion. I have a problem with the extra chapter, because I don’t think that it is true to the story and just there to provide a way of having a HEA ending.
Let’s see now. The couple is coming to the conclusion that the relationship between the wife and the bull has become too emotional with the bull having fallen in love, as much as a bull can I guess, fallen in love with the wife.
She recognizes that she is in so deep with her sexual attraction to him that she could be drawn away from her husband. He also senses the problem, but like any cuck, he’s constantly thinking about her with another.
So the wife has decided that they need to cut off the relationship with the bull, a standard hotwife thought. If you’re getting too emotionally involved with the bull, then you should quit it or risk losing your marriage.
My view is that this marriage is close to gone and that the wife is correct that they should end it or seriously risk their marriage.
The bull’s final attempt is to send her a note, via another passenger (who I think is in cahoots with the bull, but that’s a side issue).
The note agrees with the wife that they would need to end the outing, but says that he and she should have one last coupling before they each go their separate ways at the end of the cruise. And he proposes that the last night on the ship is spent with the wife and him only. The husband is not invited.
She goes for it and walks off with him, with no thoughts or discussion, leaving the husband standing behind till the next morning when they leave the ship.
First that establishes that he’s a cuckold.
Second and more importantly it establishes that the bull is more important than the marriage.
When she returns the next morning, she adamantly doesn’t want to talk about it, even though like any good cuckold he absolutely is driven to hear about t.
I’m sure she now understands her need outside of her marriage, which I contend is essentially over.
To reinforce that point, when they are home cleaning out their clothes from the trip, they come upon a note from the other couple on the cruise. The couple that I say is working with the bull to get his wish fulfilled.
The note is an invitation to a swingers party and tells the husband that if he brings his wife, she will be sure to have the bull there.
The End
Except for the ridiculous extra chapter. In it our couple does go to the party, but the wife has told her husband that the only way he can participate is to watch. He can’t get his own rocks off with one of the other ladies. Good marriage, right.
But with efforts from the sponsoring couple, he’s allowed to participate with them, BUT ONLY THIS ONE TIME!
Somehow this chapter ends with our participants dividing out and getting off next to each other. At that point the husband stating
“Six people caught in the same perfect moment. My first time at a swingers’ club.”
I guess he forgot that his wife forbid him from doing it after this time, even though she can, and I’m sure will, do it as often as she wants.
Not Really A HEA Ending, in my view.
But it really is a great story. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if the husband and wife didn’t have a contrived HEA ending.
A more realistic ending, IMO, would be she leaves him, only to end up unhappy because her bull is not leaving his wife.
Loved the balance of curiosity, temptation, and trust. A real hotwife gem. The slow build up, believable emotions, and the husband’s shifting arousal made it feel real. Bob’s calm confidence, Ellie’s transformation and Dave’s inner struggle - it all just sizzled. A must read for hotwife fans.
A masterclass in erotic tension. Dave’s inner conflict, Ellie’s slow surrender, and Bob’s quiet confidence- it all felt so real. Seductive, emotional, and utterly addictive.
A deeply emotional, seriously sexy slow-burn — with a bonus twist in the paperback I loved Waves of Temptation for its emotional realism and slow, sensual build-up. It’s not just sex for the sake of it—this story dives into the arousal, hesitation, and trust between a couple exploring something new together. You feel every heartbeat, every glance, every doubt… and it makes the eventual release all the more intense. I actually bought the paperback, wondering if it was worth the extra—turns out, it absolutely was. Ellie’s Diary, included as a bonus in the print edition, gave the wife’s perspective in such a raw, emotional, and sexy way. Honest, revealing, and beautifully done. A perfect companion to the main story. If you enjoy emotionally charged erotica with class and heat, this one’s a gem.
This is my favorite Alex Lee book. There are many good ones but this one tops them all. The interplay between a "curious" husband and a serial seducer with the hotwife was very played.
