This was good—I liked it slightly better than the first, but just barely. I don’t think it added as much to the plot as I was hoping, though hopefully the next one will. The spice was okay, nothing very memorable. Honestly, I’m mostly just reading these to get more books read, so I’m not expecting greatness.
