I collect Japanese novels and manga about libraries. This is a "light novel" (ラノベ) that centers on a young girl Shiori and her cousin Miyako who works in the town's public library. Shiori manages to get involved with and solve a number of mysteries relating to the library.

It is a sweet story. Clear and easy Japanese. Appealing to those who love books and libraries and like "cozies".
