Bewitched: A Halloween Romance Novella with a bite and a lot of candy.

It is a delightfully chaotic ride through a gothic town filled with witches, ghouls, and one very intense vampire named Nox. This book is spooky, sharp, and unhinged in all the right ways to keep things fun.
Neo, our candy-making witch, accidentally brews a love potion, and somehow binds herself to Nox a brooding vampire with a spicy attitude that compliments Neo's sass. As things start spiraling, she tries to figure out how to fix her poisonous mistake. The dynamic between Neo and Nox is sweet, sour, and probably a little cursed. Their banter is equal parts flirtation and threats, while Nox’s obsession fits perfectly into the story’s offbeat, spooky tone.
One of my favorite scenes was the corn maze. The fog, flickering lanterns, and eerie tension gave me goosebumps. It reminded me why I love Halloween and the traditions I have created for my birthday. This scene gave me nostalgia and the memories I have experienced growing up. I am a strong believer in being very detailed in books because it makes that picture all the more clear.
This isn’t a slow-burn, grounded romance it’s a sugar rushed spell gone wrong, wrapped in fangs and sarcasm. And, it works. If you’re in the mood for something darkly romantic and unapologetically magical, Bewitched is 1000% worth reading. Just maybe don’t eat anything Neo brews.

I had the honor to be a proof reader for Eva Rebiuh and her Halloween novel 'Bewitched', which is releasing October first.
"I am trapped, helpless against this force. One wrong move... I am possessed."
I have to say that reading while giving live comments to the author is awesome. I love Eva and Bewitched is amazing. This story will capture and seduce you and throw you away in surprise after you finish! Until then, you wont be able to stop reading.
"I am going to kill whoever interrupted our play."
The story is about Neo and Nox. Neo is a candy maker, but one mistake will probably make a flop of Halloween. Neo will try to make things right, and Nox... He will make the solution harder every step of the way.
"I long for her, a craving that can't be ignored. I'll be her toy while she's my prey. Her game with my rules."
This story is ballsy and so is Neo. Both Nox and Neo are strong characters that are described so vividly, you will think they are in front of you. This story is dark, strong, sexy, unique, intruiging, sweet and loveable all at the same time. And.. you wont see the end coming.
"You want to play, bat boy? Let's play."
I really enjoyed Bewitched and the combination of horror and 'love', I definitely recommend that everybody reads it and I give it five stars.

I am forever a Halloween girly—the crunch of autumn leaves under your boots, the flicker of jack-o'-lanterns glowing on porches, the scent of cinnamon and clove drifting through the air... there’s just pure magic in the season. And Eva Rebuih captured every bit of that magic in this beautiful, fun, and utterly enchanting Halloween must-read.
Everything I adore about Halloween—mystery, whimsy, that crisp autumn air, and yes, a little spice—is woven perfectly into this book like a spell. It’s the kind of read that wraps around you like your favorite cozy sweater and pulls you into a world where fall never ends.

With all due respect, I have no idea what I have read:))
It was so bad. The idea was nice, but the execution lacked so many things I would not know where to begin with. So many plot holes - nothing made sense, the dialogue, the action - nothing.
I struggled at every step to understand what was going on. It was so tiring, and this was just a novella😵💫
Also - a major personal issue I have with this story is that I got this on kindle in September and a few weeks ago I received an email that the book had undergone significant changes and I had to download the new version then. I don’t understand why would you publish a book if there are major changes to be made.
What a writer publishes should be the final version of the story. Or at least that is what’s normal to me =)
Anyway, to wrap this up: I did not enjoy the story at all due to plot holes and because of how dry these characters were.
P.S. I am going to write this in Romanian (my and many other fans and this author’s mother tongue because this has gone too far on the internet:)
Imi pare rău să spun asta, dar mi se pare deja de tot râsul ca sunt oameni, autoarea și fanii ei mai exact sau ori cine or fi acești oameni, care au început o întreagă melodramă pe internet din cauza faptului ca eu și alți oameni ne-am dat cu părerea (negativa ce-i drept) în legătură cu această lectură.
Nu a fost vorba nici o secundă de hărțuire sau batjocură la adresa muncii nimănui. Mi se pare o exagerare monstruoasă și o jignire la adresa oricui lasă un simplu review prin care își spune opinia personală.
Nu este nici prima nici ultima autoare care o să primească review-uri proaste. Am prieteni scriitori pe care nu îi menajez dacă ceva merge prost în scrierea lor și le aduc la cunoștință acest lucru, bineînțeles într-un mod civilizat și frumos. Pentru ca nici eu nici alții nu suntem aici să batjocorim pe nimeni.
Faptul ca noi restul ne dăm cu părerea și trecem mai departe, ne continuăm viața liniștiți, uităm ca am și citit această carte vreodată, iar apoi vin alți oameni după și se iau de noi, iar autoarea mai face și comentarii răutăcioase/sarcastice la adresa unor oameni pe care nu-i cunoaște mi se pare de-a dreptul penibil.
Cei care continuă acest șir de penibilități sunt motivul pentru care comunitatea de cărți a ajuns unde a ajuns. Am dreptul să îmi spun opinia cu câte amănunte vreau când vreau unde vreau atâta timp cat nu există jigniri (ceea ce știu sigur ca nu au existat!!!).
Din nou, nu a fost vorba nici de hărțuire, nici de bullying la adresa nimănui. Se folosesc cuvinte mult prea mari cu însemnătăți mult prea grele pentru o simplă carte cu câteva review-uri proaste.
Nu poți să duci faptul ca nu tuturor o sa le placă cartea pe care o scrii și o vor considera nașpa? Îmi pare rău pentru tine, dar asta înseamnă să te afli pe internet, iar munca ta să fie analizată și de alți oameni cu alte gusturi.
Cum ar fi acum să facă astfel de discuții pe internet autori internaționali ale căror cărți au fost numite efectiv “gunoaie”?! Este într-adevăr un lucru urat să spui despre munca cuiva ca este un gunoi și nu sunt de acord cu asta. Dar astfel de review-uri și de oameni există și totuși nu cred ca se iau toți de cur în sus și plâng pe internet de ce rai și meschini sunt oamenii și cum s-a transformat comunitatea asta în rău!

I read Bewitched during my lunch break, and WOW—it was such a perfect bite-sized treat! This novella is a light yet thrilling dark romance featuring a witch with a dangerous love potion and a totally adorable (our bat boyyyyyyyy) vampire named Nox. Their story had me hooked from the first page: sweet, spooky, and a little bit sexy in all the right ways!
Now let me be honest: I LOVED IT... but I also wanted more. More pages, more tension, more cat, more coven, and definitely more Nox and Neo! Their chemistry was so compelling, and even though Neo has her sharp edges (okay, she’s kind of a handful and a brat in its finest), you just know vampires fall for that energy. Guilty as charged, I’m obsessed with this chaotic little duo.
My only gripe? Novellas always leave me craving more, and this one was no exception. Not because it lacked anything but because it gave me just enough to get attached, then left me longing for the extended cut, bonus chapters, or a full-on sequel. Please EVAAAAAAAA TURN IT INTO A FULL LENGH NOVEL I'M BEGGING YOU.
If you're into dark romance with witchy vibes, sassy heroines, and cinnamon-roll vampires?
This is for you. 10/10 recommend.
Read it, swoon, and then come back wishing for 1000 more pages like I did! 🖤✨🧛♂️

This was such a cute, fun and quick read!
I love how similar Nox and Neo are. Both chaotic, sporadic, high-spirited spitfires.
Neo has a pet cat (sort of, ifykyk) and has a candy shop where she brews and creates her own candies.
The small novella holds a creative lore that I ate up and laughed through in one sitting!
Nox is the “I’ll k!ll for you” type and I LOVE that. Dark, broody, smirking all of the time? Just my type.
After spending time figuring out why Neo has drawn in half of the town, I’m desperate for a little bit more of their story !
It may be very fast-paced, seemingly insta-lust, and have very little backstory or background (it’s there in small pieces if you actually read the story!!!), remember it’s a novella, and you’re really just in it for the plot! It’s short and sweet and a great palette cleanser.

This novella gave me the best witchy, spooky vibes. Honestly, it’s the kind of story that works all year round, but there’s something extra magical about reading it during the autumn season when the air feels crisp and a little eerie.
Our FMC completely stole my heart she’s feisty, creative, and the proud owner of the most enchanting little candy shop. I loved how her personality just leapt off the page; she’s the kind of character you root for instantly and wish you could be friends with in real life.
And then we have our vampire MMC… what can I even say? I volunteer as tribute! His charm, wit, and energy just made every scene with him addictive to read. Pair him with our witch, and you’ve got sparks flying everywhere. The chemistry between Neo and Nox was absolutely delicious equal parts banter, sweetness, and sizzling tension. More than once, I caught myself giggling out loud at their interactions.
The world-building was another highlight for me. It flowed so naturally that I didn’t even realize how quickly I was sinking deeper into the story. It felt cozy and magical in the best way, like stepping through the door of a familiar place where everything just clicks. There’s such an effortless rhythm to the writing that made me want to stay in this world for much longer than a novella usually allows.
I devoured this story in one sitting and loved every second of it. From the witchy aesthetics to the vampire charm, from the cozy candy shop to the sparkling chemistry, it was everything I hoped for and more. I’m already looking forward to seeing where Neo and Nox’s adventures take them next because I, for one, am definitely coming back for more!

It felt cozy and magical in the best way, like stepping through the door of a familiar place where everything just clicks. There’s such an effortless rhythm to the writing that made me want to stay in this world for much longer than a novella usually allows.
I devoured this story in one sitting and loved every second of it. From the witchy aesthetics to the vampire charm, from the cozy candy shop to the sparkling chemistry, it was everything I hoped for and more. I’m already looking forward to seeing where Neo and Nox’s adventures take them next because I, for one, am definitely coming back for more!

This is a fast-paced, sweet and semi spicy spooky read! I haven’t read a Halloween-ish book in awhile and I loved this one! The perfect way to bring in spooky season! Both Neo and Nox were incredible MC’s and Eva brings them to life so well. Her descriptions paint the most vivid pictures in your head! I love when Neo calls Nox “bat boy”, because we all love us some bat boys! 🫠😂 Their flirty banter and chemistry is undeniable and makes this story flow so well. This is a novella so it’s not heavy on the plot but Eva doesn’t skip out on the details! Despite the “dark” themes, I thought this book was super cute and funny! I definitely want more of Nox and Neo!

This was such a fun, quick, spooky Halloween love story between a witch and vampire. This a short story, nothing too deep or complicated. If you’re looking for something to read in the fall/Halloween season this is definitely for you. Love the Halloween town, vibes, spooky pet cat, candy shop, and all the ghost. This book was a little spicy. The stab-y FFC and a dark morally gray MMC was so cute. Definitely giving spooky vibes and good time. Can’t wait to see what happens next with Neo and Nox.

Nox is THE book boyfriend. Tattooed, morally grey, would burn the world down for her. He is every favourite trope combined. AND SHE GETS RAILED IN A COFFIN, OH MY LORD.
Halloween is in every single detail of this book, making this the perfect spooky read. In July, sue me.
I only felt the writing was a bit choppy and rushed. Everything could've used some fleshing out to set the scene more, create tension, etc.
Will definetly be picking up the second book though!

O carte la care am dat DNF la 20% din ea. Nu am putut citit mai mult. Nu înțeleg nebunia cu aceasta carte si mi se pare ca nu isi justifica scorul pe Goodreads de 4,5 . Cartea s-a dorit a fi o introducere pentru următoarele nuvele. Introducerea aceasta mi s-a părut inexistenta, acțiunea incepe brusc, fără nicio descriere a personajelor, personajele aruncate toate la grămadă, acțiunea super grăbită, înțeleg ca s-a vrut a fi nuvela, dar se putea dezvolta un pic mai bine. Relația dintre cei doi mi s-a părut seaca, profunzime 0.

when I first saw this book, I was extremely intrigued. witches and vampires? love spell? spooky, halloween vibe? hell yeah, I'm all in! but once I started reading, I entered a world that, unfortunately, I didn't fully understand. the action is way, way too rushed, even for a short story. I felt like there were a lot of details missing, descriptions of the actions, of the feelings the characters have. I wish I didn't feel like their personalities were limited to being a witch who works at a candy store, respectively a sexy tattooed guy who has a motorcycle and loves to kill people because why not. I would have liked to know what their hobbies are, what their habits are, maybe even some details from their past, which would make their story a little more truthful. Due to the lack of these details, I, personally, didn't feel like I could get attached to the characters.
It didn't help that the two of them ventured into the passion of carnal desires far too quickly and even during the sex scenes I couldn't feel any tension, much less a connection from them. Maybe I started reading with too many expectations? Who knows?
But I'm firmly convinced that these are aspects that can be improved in a possible future rewrite, if the author ever wants to consider this hypothesis. The story of Nox and Neo has a lot, but a lot of potential, as does the idea from which the whole book started.

“Bewitched” is the perfect novella for Halloween 🎃. Seriously, it totally caught me off guard!
First of all: I didn’t expect it to be so short. I knew it was a novella, but it felt like a shot of tequila — small, yet instantly effective! 😄
The atmosphere? Oh wow, the atmosphere! Exactly what you need for this spooky season. But what really makes it shine? The characters, obviously! 🧙♀️
We’ve got a slightly clumsy witch who, while preparing Halloween candies, just so happens to drop… a tiny drop of love. Oops! ❤️🔥
And on the other side? A sexy, well-built vampire, and yes — ridiculously attractive 🧛♂️. Guess what? He takes a bite of those enchanted candies. And from there… the magic begins. ✨
It was, my God, delicious! 😋 Sweeter than any store-bought candy, with just a hint of spice that tingles your tongue 🔥 (in the best possible way, of course).
This novella hooks you from the very first word. The prologue had me enchanted like it was casting a spell. And Nioh? She’s a special kind of witch — one who went straight to my heart. I connected with her 100%, though sometimes I just wanted to say, “Girl, you’ve got a screw loose!” 😂
And Nox? Oh, Nox… what an experience! A sexy, arrogant vampire with razor-sharp comebacks, always ready with a response. You could never catch him off guard. Whatever Nioh said, he had the perfect comeback locked and loaded. And yeah, he won me over. Actually, more than that — he bewitched me! 🥵
Honestly? I wish I were in Nioh’s shoes. To get a taste of that “Nox treatment.” 🫣
Especially that scene on the coffin… 🛏️💀 Mamma mia, what a literary delicacy!
I even told the author: this novella needs a full-length novel! With humor, steamy scenes, and loads of chemistry. Because Nioh and Nox deserve it! They’re charismatic, magnetic, and impossible not to fall for. They pull you into their chaos and never let go. You’ll laugh, melt, blush… and crave more! 😍

I received this book as an ARC reader, and given the blurb, I had no choice but to apply, because who doesn't love witches, vampires, and Halloween?
This is a cozy read; the FMC and the MMC go very well together, with good chemistry, and overall, it's light-hearted. Nox is a typical bad boy, touching all my favorite Dark Romance tropes, and he's a vampire, and Neo is a feisty little witch. Vampires and witches are my favorites, so combining them makes me happy.
Eva does a fantastic job letting the town come to life, with all sorts of nods to Halloween, and I loved Hex, the skeleton kitty of Neo.
I highly recommend Bewitched to anyone who loves an infatuated MMC, a feisty FMC, and Halloween interwoven.

If you’re looking for a cute little Halloween romance between a vampire and witch this book is for you! Neo and Nox are a breath of fresh air and the banter is great between them too. This is a fast read as it’s suppose to be but it still gave me all the cute cuddly feels and the spice did not disappoint either. Eva and her amazing stories is all I can say. If you want a Halloween romance where the guy is not afraid to kill for his girl and where the girl wants to kill him but fate has other plans go add to your TBR. Chefs kiss. 💋

This story was sooooo stinking cute!! 😍😍 and all the spooky vibes?! I wanna live in this town!! Honest rating? 6/5 stars! This was the perfect Halloween book to read. Between Nox and Neo just trying different ways to break the love potion spell and them having some very fun times was just so fun. I loved every bit of the book and cannot wait for more. Some of my favorite things about the book are Hex, Nox’s nickname for Neo, their time spent together, and so much more. This was a good way to introduce the characters and get them known. I can see these characters blowing up quite well. They’re fun and interesting to read about and are very easy to understand. Amazing book!!

Nox is very protective of Neo and takes care of everyone and everything that threatens to hurt her or did something wrong to her. Although she allways threatens him, he allways does whatevers she wants and is there for her constantly.

I love!!! Such a good mixture of a cute and dark romance. Perfect Halloween vibes too, and I’m a huge spooky girl. I loved this and cannot wait for more Neo and Nox to come cause this novella left me only wanting more!
