Such a great outline for me and many others who are pursuing a journey to disciple others to follow and Love Jesus! So much great stuff in this and I find it very probable that I use this book again to help me in the future.

A concise read that offers a sea of knowledge on not only how to build healthy small groups and mentor new leaders, but also the heart behind small groups and the goals they should strive to achieve. A must read for growing leaders.

Brad does a great job of practically (and very quickly) expressing the fundamentals of relational and Holy Spirit driven small group ministry.

I was worried that it was going to be dry, but I was actually enthralled by the practicality. I also loved making the connections between the practices it teaches/advice it gives and my experiences as a small group member. Sometimes I was like, “THAT’S WHERE THEY GOT THAT IDEA FROM!” This is definitely a book I will keep revisiting for all the practical steps. I highlighted so much haha

Quick and easy read on the purpose of small group and requirements for effective leadership of them. It's a good tool for establishing a common foundation amongst small group leaders.

I loved the section on 1on1 and making time to meet with everyone in the group. Great resource for leading small groups.
