I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads. I enjoyed this book it had a lot of upbeat things and tried to help you be more self aware. However there were a few times I found the way they worded something to be rather offensive. One page said "Body language is the most important factor in choosing to be a target or not." I found that offensive, it sort of sounded like "Welp you are standing a little weird so it's your fault you got attacked." I know the authors absolutely didn't mean it that way, that's just the way it came across to me. No one chooses to be a target, they are chosen as a target by someone else but they don't personally try to be targeted. Again I enjoyed this book and the prompts and spaces it gave you to fill in your own information and customize the mantras and such. I just felt like sometimes it could have been more thoughtful towards woman who have been or could find themselves in sucky situations.
