BLAZE is street smart, arrogant, and irresistible. PEACHES is beautiful, spoiled, and impossible to control. Yet an insane and unquestionable chemistry exists between them. So much so that the two can barely keep their hands off of one another. Sexually or violently.
Peaches’ inability to get past the hood life Blaze lives makes her resist his every advance as she tries to fight her feelings for him. Blaze’s aggression and rough exterior makes him unable to accept Peaches’ judgmental attitude and her rejection of him.
She’s determined to never love a hood boy. But he’s determined to make her love him as he is.
Will Peaches be able to resist or will Blaze's undeniable appeal turn out to be the very thing she Can't Let Go of in this pulsating sequel, A Dangerous Love 2.
Blaze And Peaches Are Hilarious, They Kept Me laughing.Blaze is just dang Bipolar as Hell. He don't have no respect for nothing!!!! Man Peaches need to go on an sit her butt down somewhere always trying to fight somebody. I didn't like that ending at all. Can't wait for Pt.3
I can't get enough of blaze crazy ass !!! Off to read part 3 deserves a 4 good story but for the errors had to give it 3 .Come on authors you have too do better with the errors
Peaches and Blaze are more volatile than ever. After shooting Peaches’ boyfriend for not leaving her when he told him to in book one, Peaches is left dealing with Blaze’s crazy antics. He is controlling, possessive, jealous and quick tempered, an inevitable bomb waiting to blow. One minute he’s fine, the next he is issuing out random smackdowns, even to his lady love. Never one to back down from what he wants, he lives his life with a double standard….he can do all, see all, say all, and have all, but no one better dish it back to him. Surprisingly intelligent, Blaze is so much more than meets the eye, as he has thought out the plans for his life and makes wise business moves, even in the midst of being totally immersed in the hood life. However, his business savvy and street smarts don’t seem to carry over into other areas of his life.
While Peaches is working hard to maintain her school schedule and her job, now that she’s let Blaze into her life, it becomes a challenge to keep her priorities in check when he has a way of doing that ‘thing’ which renders her incapable of thought. He’s her first at everything, but dealing with him is costing her much more than she ever thought she’d have to pay. She finds herself quickly becoming the type of woman she’d always loathed, but doesn’t seem to know how to pull back and slow it all down.
Their rollercoaster ride of a relationship often leaves her confused and more importantly, hurting emotionally and physically. Many times the thought comes to distance herself from him, but he is like a drug. Problem is, his quick hand and disrespectful tongue may be too much to deal with.
Just when I was all set to hate Blaze’s character, he’d redeem himself, but just as quickly mess it up again. He is as disrespectful to his mother and sister as he is to every other person in his life, including Peaches. While it’s pretty obvious they have deepening feelings for each other, he doesn’t know how to treat her. Guess it’s true what they say: a man who won’t respect his mother will not respect another woman either. This young lady has gotten in over her head.
Again JPeach had me losing sleep as I was anxious to know what would happen next. The witty, down to earth page-turner is an excellent read which draws on a wealth of emotions. This author has a great storytelling ability with her words coming across with the liveliness and authenticity of a family griot sharing humorous and sometimes emotional accounts of family members. 5 stars _______ Reviewed by Tumika

The characters in this book were way too violent with each other. It started getting on my last nerves. It's never ok for a woman to put her hands on a man or vice versa. every chapter was about the main characters always fighting, punching or slapping one another. The fact that the word hitch was used so loosely. Where I come from if a female ever calls a man a bitch that's the ultimate disrespect. Just like a man calling a woman a bitch is a sign of disrespect. But this couple constantly called each other the b word like it was there name. The main character peaches was too much. She turned me off and was not a likable character neither were her friends. The weird relationship peaches had with her brother calmed down. I just didn't like the way the author chose to represent the characters. If you r into violence and like violent relationships then this book is for you. I really despised peaches. She was too soy and did not carry herself as a lady. It was like she was trying to be a man in the relationship. I am over peaches and blaze.
Lawd I could only laugh at Peaches and Blaze. To say they both were grown, they were being petty at times. It's like the more things that came about the more issues they had. I was mad with Peaches because she expected things to be her way and was overly dramatic at times. With Blaze he knew what he wanted but at the same time he wasn't one to chase after someone. I still love Peaches' friends and how down they are once things popped off. Krystal was too clingy and needy. She was getting on my nerves something serious for being in her feelings. King really needs to get himself together before he loses the one person that has been down with him through so much. That ending just proved Peaches and Blaze share a dangerous love that can't be denied and will only complicate things with time. Blaze was straight raw at the end and Peaches didn't makes things any better. Hopefully their violent asses can get some act right and keep it real.
J Peach has done it again. I loved the development of Blaze and Peaches' relationship. Finally, I feel like they are coming into their own and King has finally decided to give Peaches a little freedom in her relationship with Blaze. This book showed how, two people can truly care for one another but, if your holding back and unwilling to change, it can ruin what you have before it ever gets started. Each relationship within this book has issues and, they all need to learn what it take to keep the other person happy and be willing to compromise. Book 2 was just as good as the first and I am excited to see what happens with this couple. Once again, great job Peach.
These two started up where they left off in part 1. The title says it all. They definitely can't let each other go. Their relationship is nothing but ups and downs, but somehow it works for them. They can't stand one another, but yet and still they are always coming to each others rescue. I hope that King gets himself together before he loses Ebony for good as well. On to part 3. Hopefully Blaze and Peaches will both get some act right and stop playing with each other's hearts.
This book was crazy from the beginning all the way through the end. Blaze was unbelievable so cocky, arrogant, and bull headed. Peaches can't catch a break with her reckless self. Trying to get dome from anybody willing she is just a funny ratchet behind mess. Can't wait to see how she gets back at Blaze.
I was team Blaze til that girl Krystal came in the picture. What these girls fail to realize Blaze keeps it 100. If you can't play ya role don't play the game.As I got deeper I was back team Blaze. In summary excellent read. I felt like writing myself into the story so I could slap somebody.
I don't think Peaches knows what an abusive relationship is, but she is definitely in one. Big time. And to have given her virginity to a THUG A$$ who was physically and mentally violent left me feeling some type of way. WTF and WTHe!!????????
I love everything about this book keep up the good work I holding out hope for Blaze and Peaches they gotta make it this book is true to its title but honestly it should be called a crazy hood love cause every bidy in this book crazy but I love them all
This is one violent ass set of people that have much love for each other. That's crazy as hell!!! I'm really enjoying reading this book. I bet part 3 will be off the chain. Good job J Peach
The book and editing seems a bit rushed. It also reads repetitively in some places. One of the strongest points of this book was the emotions felt by Peaches and the ending. I wish they author would have taken more time to construct the follow up.
I'm really feeling this series. It has a little bit of everything. I just can't understand why everybody has to be so violent. I get the men but all the women too! This is still a very exciting read and I'm ready for part three.
This book picked up where part 1 left off. The dysfunctional relationship between Peaches and Blaze continues. There were a few typos but all in all it was a good book.
I this book was really good. I swear blaze butt is crazy. Peaches was something else. At the end I felt bad for her and what blaze said to her. Im about to start part 3 to see what happen next.
