A nice reminder for us "older folks" as to what a lovely thing a good kiss really is, and a good primer for anyone who has yet to experience one. A good deal of background is given and it flows naturally into the actual act. The book even deals with what happens after one finishes the kiss. At nearly 68 years old, I didn't think that I would learn anything new about such a unique experience, but I was mistaken - I learned new things and was gently reminded of things I had forgotten. The book starts off a bit slow, but once you get into the subject, it moves right along. No explicit sexual content.
Very basic how to book, but mindfulness chapter was interesting, including techniques on Sensate kissing. Book may be basic but couldn't a refresher course be helpful to us all?
Too repetitive text. Things that could be written in on page has been extended to many pages. Too many pages with very less information. Didn’t enjoy reading
