Meet BookTok’s new twisted, tender, and toeing every line you’re not supposed to cross
She wrote to the man who killed her father. Now he’s writing back—with bodies.
Delilah North rebuilt herself from the ground new name, new city, new life. As a forensic psychologist, she profiles monsters for a living—quiet, clinical, controlled.
But the girl she used to be? The one who whispered “thank you” to the neighbor who left her father’s corpse on their kitchen floor?
She’s not as dead as Delilah thought. Because someone is killing again. Brutal. Surgical. Personal. Every body a breadcrumb. Every scene a signature. And Delilah doesn’t need a profile to know who’s behind it.
Kent Shepherd is back. The boy who vanished after saving her. The man who wrote her letters from the dark. The monster she never stopped dreaming about. What follows is a cat-and-mouse game soaked in blood and obsession—where every clue is a confession, every crime scene a love letter, and every moment alone might end in surrender… or a slit throat.
She should run. She should turn him in. But the truth is, Delilah doesn’t want him to stop. She wants him to find her.
CARVED is a violent, high-heat stalker romance about love as obsession, murder as courtship, and what happens when the only person who ever really saw you… was the one holding the knife.
⚠️ Darkly seductive, emotionally intense, and unapologetically explicit, CARVED is not a love story—it’s a descent ⚠️
Contains graphic violence, psychological trauma, sexual content, and morally corrupt characters.
18+ mature content with triggers. Not suitable for younger readers.
Tatiana Creed has weaved an intricate and compelling tale of manipulation and obsession. Psychological warfare that’s seriously next level. A web of deceit packaged in professional experimentation.
I may very well need therapy after this read!
Lila is a forensic psychologist. She profiles monsters; assists juries in seeing them for who they really are. Who better to teach about monsters than someone who was raised by one?
Kent is a tradesman; a man who builds with his hands. Who also happens to unalive those who hurt others. Who better to hurt the monsters than someone who was hurt by a monster himself?
Lila and Kent’s almost decade long pilgrimage began when he removes Lila’s monster from her life, permanently. Then began the love letters sent from the shadows. Now, almost ten years later, the unaliving has resumed. The signature is inescapable. The magnetic pull is too great. What was once in the dark will be dragged into the light.
Carved is not for the faint of heart. Please be mindful of the trigger warnings.

Unexpected Twisted Madness — and I Loved Every Second
What an absolute rollercoaster ride of emotions! Carved is not your typical romance — if you're looking for sweetness, sunshine, and rainbows, turn back now. This is a deliciously dark, explicit, and twisted story that sinks its claws into you and doesn’t let go.
Tatiana Creed delivers a world of morally corrupted, intriguing characters that are impossible to look away from. The suspense is sharp, the heat is blistering, and the plot is laced with just the right amount of madness to keep you hooked from start to finish.
I loved the boldness of this book — it doesn't shy away from graphic content or messy emotions. It’s chaotic, raw, and completely unfiltered in the best way. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is that a few moments went a bit too over-the-top — but honestly, that’s part of the charm.
If you’re in the mood for something wicked, wild, and utterly addictive, Carved will deliver.
Carved is oh so yummy. Ms. Tatiana's character development and world building is top-shelf. The flow is perfect. The suspense and twists are just the right amount of frosting. The spice is doing its job as well. The way Ms. Tatiana combined the manipulation and the mind games, and how it all fit together by the end, is nothing short of perfection. I just couldn't get enough of this novel. By the very last "period" I was begging for more and more. Ms. Tatiana, I can't hardly wait to see where you take us. I'm here for the entire journey.
I wholeheartedly recommend that y'all get y'alls hands on this book, y'all won't be disappointed.

Story 5 ⭐️ Spice 4.5 🌶️ (almost everything in the second half)
Carved explores what happens when a Dexter-type serial killer and the child of one of his victims are manipulated into reuniting by someone who attempts psychological experimentation to create a killer (and becoming a serial killer themselves in the process). The outcome is story that you don’t want to put down because you just want to know what happens next.

Unexpected twisted madness. What an absolute thrilling rollercoaster ride of emotions. If you're looking for sweet, sunshine, and rainbows this is NOT that kind of romance and I LOVED the delicious darkness. What this book is is dark, explicit, graphic, with morally corrupted intriguing characters and a plot full of expected suspense and heat that will have you melting.
So glad I decided to read this. I didn't realize how long it was until I actually started it but I loved it. The suspense, the spice, the whole storyline was perfect. The twists and turns were perfect. Definitely a huge fan of Kent 😍 not so much a fan of Shaw but Kent and Delilah definitely are a power couple 👏
Delilah and Kent have past history together and he's now back in her life trying to help her find the missing pieces. A story that is dark, raw, gritty, violent, bloody, precise, patient, thoughtful, thorough, and personal. Not for the faint of heart... Loved it.

Why has dark romance gotten so predictable and boring? Every book I read, it’s the same reused over and over again to the point I can guess what coming. I miss the excitement of not knowing what’s next, I miss when authors used to really write dark romance.
Excellent , this was dark and all kinds of messed up !! Definitely can recommend it if your into physiological twists and turns and so , so much more !
