River and Drakken... is this love affair capable of flourishing? Drakken is such a damaged man. He has spurts of life and tenderness with River that make him so endearing. But his temper when that phone rings and the phone call is from HIM!! Well, in this installment we finally find out who HIM is. This series has skirted around the mystery of Drakken. Now we are about to start to find out exactly what the mystery is all about.
River is so far gone in love with Drakken. I hope she is strong enough to hold it together when she faces what is coming her way. Cage is still around, but somehow that man gives me the creeps. I would not believe a word he has to say. I keep hoping Drakken somehow will come through for River.
We get to go on a date with River and Drakken. I won't spoil it for you. Just know that these two are prepped and ready to come together... literally. This one is hot! You see those handcuffs on the cover? Well, maybe we will get to use them now... just saying!

Drakken and River have had a reeling attempt at intimacy until Drakken goes into his dark place! River is left confused and unsure of her feelings for this complicated Viking of a man!
It's weeks since she's seen this enigma, and she's having withdrawals until she happens upon him again in the hotel while giving a speech to a room full of business men and women!

Whoosh …. Just finished book 3… literally couldn’t put it down and nor will you.
Best get the takeaway menu, un-plug the iron and turn the TV off – this one’s a scorcher!
River left totally disheartened and unable to concentrate on college work since that fateful visit to Drakken’s hotel room, is on her way home when Finch gives her a gift left at the desk …… a gift from Drakken. Wanting to thank him personally, River is drawn to a large gathering in one of the hotel conference rooms. Spying on the guests, Drakken feels her presence and leaves the conference. After a brief rendezvous in the corridor, desperate for any contact with Drakken, River takes up his offer to give him English lessons.
Still uncertain about his business and after a scuffle with Cage, River finally decides to ask him about his business and Drakken decides to show her in person.
Showing a much softer side, River is drawn in even deeper. Whisked away by Drakken for a fantastic romantic night the bubble is burst by an unexpected call and they are forced to leave earlier than expected. Hot and eager to continue, they return back to the hotel only to encounter an unexpected visit by his feisty father and another guest waiting in his hotel room…. Karina.

Omg, OMG! We finally found out who 'HIM' was!!!! I did no expect that! And what happened when we found out?? My jaw feels like Its constantly took up residence on the ground!
And Drakken and 'Rivka' in this were H.O.T!!!! That elevator scene????? Steamy was coming outta my kindle at that one. And the older couple! OMG that was bloody hilarious LOL!
I loved that this book picked up not long after the whole 'YOU GO' thing in the end of part two. I needed some questions answered about that. Some were answered, kind of. But I have a whole heap left to be answered in book four. Not out till January!? Really Devon!!?? Ugh, so worth the wait. Doesn't mean I'm gonna be all smiles until then though LOL!
I won't say much more, as I want you guys to go in to this book blind like I did. Just know to read it when the kids aren't around. Get the wine opened. And lock yourself away so you Drakken and River can continue there story with you!

wow, Team Drakken ! this book makes you discover Drakken a bit more, a huge bit more ! he keeps surpising me and he makes progress in English too !
the first chapters were a tad slow or perhaps I was too eager to know what happened at the end of book 2. Anyway... I forgot all about it when I ended chapter 5. I had such a laugh ! Creamed coffee is ... different now !
oh this book is sexy hot ( volcano hot ) too. Geez...Drakken knows how to pleasure and certainly this writer knows how to write it down !
The end is a "wtf is happening ? ...W T F - Nooooooo - moment"
It got me sit up and speak out loud. Well done Devon. Emotions were there, the swooning and the laughter. A perfect 3rd part !

If you haven't read any of Devon's work, you should start with the Samantha Smith series. I have read them all, they just keep getting better. I can't believe Drakken has another secret that he hasn't told River about, one day all of his secrets are going to have to come out. Will River embrace his secrets or will she leave him? I hope that Drakken will open up to River, I mean they had a really nice weekend until they got back to the hotel where all hell broke loose. I'm truly a fan of your work Devon, keep up the great work. I can't wait to find out what all of Drakken' s secrets are.

On Year Love
I just finished part 3 and just loved it. The plot thickens, love scenes are hot and the ending... let say that everybody will wait for the next book impatiently.
DEVON'S books are better and better. I really like his style of writing and cannot wait what's next and next and next...

I finished this in 3 hours and enjoyed what happened, its a nice easy read, the story flows along you wont get bored, it does keep you wanting to read from start to finish. Its not OTT and not to much sex it, everything is balanced right, part 1 is still my fav though! It ends on a real cliffhanger!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! and the final part is not until Jan 2015!!

I have loved all the books in this series, but this one is my favorite. You find out a little more about the mysterious Drakken. He is so hot. The first actual date is amazing! Again, I could not put this book down. The ending had quite a twist that I was not expecting and I can't wait for the next one! Way to go Devon another 5 stars!

Devon has pulled this back out the bag with a whole date scene and romance but with cage still hanging around it leaves me wondering why??

What a privilege it is to read this mans writing. I'm not going to write a spoiler review, however I'll just recommend this series as brilliant reading. Devon never disappoints. Can't wait for part 4. Hurry Devon!!!

All I can say is Ughhhhhhhhh! That freaking ending! I need the next part ASAP!
I'm so impatient and can't stand not knowing what is going on. I hate that I don't have this series figured out yet, but it just gives me something to look forward to in the next book.

Is Drakken the man River thinks he is or does he have a dark side.

Well, this ended in a pleasantly surprising way, it started to feel a little repetitive, but then the weekend began with a flight on a fighter jet and then SONIC BOOM!

Well this book had an expected ending and was great. I'm still waiting to learn more about Drakken's past, but it looks like book 4 will have the answers.
