The description said: "One critic described a chapter as 'The most delightful sex scene in the history of historical fiction'." I didn't seem to read the same chapters as that critic. I like the book - I'm a pretty easy to please reader. Just keep me entertained, which this book did. The characters were well developed so as to make you want to keep reading to find out what happens to each of them. Would have loved that "delightful" sex scene but the book doesn't NEED it.

Must Read

This was everybody. The story was very unusual. It has a twist to it that was surprising. I started reading it because it remediate a bit different. This is a ,great fusion of romance, mystery, suspense, and just a bit of spirituality. The characters are engaging and the style and descriptions are rich with an evocative quality that makes it all feel real. Great!!

Different

It was a classic story of good versus evil with an unusual set of twists. Just when you thought evil was winning good things happened
