A cute little “natural beauty” book I picked up for cheap at goodwill. It’s a pretty simple and straightforward, easy to follow book with recipes using stuff from your kitchen as well as a range of herbs. Gives clear instructions and is aware the shelf life of these recipes are limited because they don’t use a preservative. Some of the advice in here I don’t think is good like using lemons or eggs on the skin, but there is a lot of interesting hair rinses and other recipes as well as instructions on how to massage the feet. Easy to go through really quick and I’ve found some good recipes in here.
