This was the most disturbing book I've ever read. Can I vouch for the validity of what was stated? Absolutely not. I hope it's all false. What I can say is that if the outrageous claims made in this book are indeed false, why haven't there been libel suits pouring in against the author? You'd think the very high profile people named in this book would easily win a libel suit if there's indeed no proof.
This book made me physically ill at times and I could only read it in chunks. It's emotionally draining and not something I'd want to reread. If this story is indeed true, we live in a much more sinister, terrifying world than any "normal" person could have imagined.

Bar none this is one of the most incredible true stories I have ever read. I won't even try and explain, just read the first couple of pages of her testimony and you will not be able to put it down. This woman is a true hero, risking all to save her daughter who fell victim to the same CIA torture project. It is as much about her own struggle to survive as it is a story of the lengths a mother will go to to save their child from atrocity. It is also a true love story about Cathy meeting someone that convinces her, a woman who has seen nothing but evil in people, that there are good souls on Earth. Nothing in fiction could be as compelling and horrific as the truth, a most inconvenient truth, that expands greatly on what has already been declassified. I alos recommend the second book where she goes into detail about how she was able to be deprogrammed and evade death. Keep in mind TranceFormation of America is REAL witness testimony before an Intelligence Advisory Oversight Committee to the President. I think putting this out in the form of a book saved Cathy, Mark and Kelly's life.

One of the most difficult to read and digest books I ever read. It's about pedophile rings in america, MK Ultra program, mind control etc. It's horrific. And very good for bursting the new age fluffy love is all there is bubble.
The good news is that after the initial shock you are ready to dig deeper for love. it is there, but not in forms of bubbles. And thank you Cathy and Mark. Brave people.

A very fascinating book to read, but I'm not convinced this book is all true. I know and am quite aware this world does not operate the way people think it operates. I've heard stories about mind control, but this book leaves me with many questions.
Yes, I do believe mind control, or influence exists. But, I have a hard time believing that Cathy and Mark were able to run away from the government, or agents and write about their experiences. Not only do they write about their escape, but they don't get sued for libel...perhaps their story is true? I don't know.
I did find this book very disturbing. If this book is true, then how do Mark and Cathy continue to live in their freedom? Why would agents stop now at pursuing Mark and Cathy? Nothing is stopping the government or agents from pursuing them. Also, if Cathy is a former slave, how can she even function normal again in society?
I feel that Mark is Cathy's handler! I wonder if Mark is part of some agency. Perhaps, they wrote this book to see how many and what type of audience they could attract. What is more odd is that Cathy and Mark have spoken at seminars...with many people saying that Mark would use his video camera and film the audience! Who in their right mind would film the audience?

This is a shocking, true tale of Cathy O'Brien and her daughter Kelly, who were two of the thousands of mind-controlled slaves subjected to incredible physical, mental and sexual torture. This is a tale of paedophilia, bestiality, DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder), which results from "severe and repeated trauma", top-level drug smuggling and revelations about the implementation of the New World Order, involving numerous, named American Presidents and other well-known political figures, including George Bush Sr., Ronald Reagan, Dick Cheney, Pierre Trudeau, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, King Fahd of Saudi-Arabia, etc. etc.
All the reported criminal activities are documented but although they now have come to light and not many can be in doubt as to their veracity, the powerful top-level perpetrators of these perversities cannot be brought to justice owing to reasons of "national security".
I must warn you that this, the most shocking of all the books I have ever come across, will seriously lower your vibration level, should you attempt to read it.
Cathy O'Brien's mind was split into innumerable personalities, each used for separate functions, including delivering verbal messages from one state leader to another. She was kept mind-controlled, continually drugged. sexually tortured and prostituted to heads of state and whoever, being treated not like a human being but like a worthless object or toy.
Cathy and her daughter were "lucky" to be rescued by Mark Phillips, but their ordeal was not over, since Kelly was severely tramumatized and abused. She was removed from Cathy and Mark and was not provided with help or treatment. Phillips himself helped to deprogramme Cathy, who regained memory of all the atrocities perpetuated on her and her daughter.
Also it has been a nightmare for Cathy, Mark and Kelly that they have not been able to bring these criminals to justice owing to their powerful, political status.

I believe however that in the difficult times ahead culminating in December 2012 things will change and these evil people and the corrupt governments involved will be overturned.

قامت كاثي أوبراين في هذا الكتاب بكشف حقائق مُروّعة قامت بها الحكومة الأمريكيّة مع الإستخبارات المركزيّة الأمريكيّة و وكالة الفضاء الأمريكيّة, تقوم أساسا على برمجة العقل البشري بما يتوافق و أهواء "السّادة" في أمريكا و في غيرها (كالمكسيك, كندا و السّعودية حتّى), إستغلال سادِيّ و تعذيب بمختلف ما وصلت إليه التّكنولوجيا - و الشّرّ- البشريّ في ذلك الوقت, كلّ هذا لأجل أن تُصبح "عبدا" لمملكة "النّظام العالميّ الجديد".

الحمد لله أنّها نشرت الكتاب في أمريكا و لم تنشره عند دار نشر عربيّة.

Conspiracy theory stuff is fun to read because A) it's fun (like when William Cooper swears that Eisenhower traded human abductions for alien technology & that's why we have microwaves now) and B) it provides easy critical-thinking exercise for your brain. Like, how likely is it that giant overarching conspiracies necessarily involving tons of equipment and employees could be kept a secret for any substantial time?
This book was mostly no fun, though. I had a friend who had a psychotic breakdown a few years ago and developed this very detailed theory about how aliens had infiltrated the banking system. That sounds very off-the-wall and colorful the first time you hear it, but by the 500th time, you just want it to stop. Trance Formation reminded me of that, as the author kept cycling back to the same sexual abuse scenarios over and over. Perhaps owing to mental illness—I'm no psychiatrist, but a lot of her diction and word-linkage felt schizophrenic to me ("A flying fish by any other name is a C. Byrd. A sea bird. Robert C. Byrd."). So it's pretty daunting to read a book for kicks when the author is not just some crank, but a person probably in real pain. As funny as stuff like the index's "Byrd, Robert C. - long winded recitations" might be in a vacuum, they're hard to enjoy when embedded in the whole of the frightened, anguished text. Although apparently some people are completely convinced by this thing and its descriptions of the mind-controlled Los Angeles Dodgers and Dick Cheney's sex-torture dungeon. Go figure.

This is not what you call a "good book". It's very hard to read and highly disturbing which would be bad enough as fiction, but this is billed as true.

This is essential reading for anyone wanting a view "behind the curtain". The book is shocking on many levels. Though O'Brien's story may seem incredible, her account is well-documented, and highly corroborated. Brice Taylor, another Monarch mind-control sex slave survivor, wrote a book called "Thanks for the Memories", and her account is extremely consistent with O'Brien's. Kay Griggs, a military wife whistleblower, also corroborates many details in O'Brien's account. The "Franklin Coverup" further corroborates O'Brien's and Taylor's accounts.
For anyone with the courage to look squarely at the dark underbelly of power, this book must be read.

So this book is, in a word, and no pun intended, mind-blowing. That being said, I have to admit I believe her. Are there some strange things that have been brought about about her and Mark, yes. BUT I also know it could be someone's attempt to cast doubt and discredit her. Overall, I think she is genuine. I definitely also plan to read other similar memoirs to compare the information/experiences.
If you're not already scared of your government, this will scare you shitless. A must read for everyone, whether you are a skeptic or not, at least read it and then form your own opinion. Even if you choose not to believe her story (which is your right!), logic would state that at least some parts are very true, and even that is enough for me.
I truly hope her story is true and that she IS truly free now, and also that one day Kelly will be free as well. I honestly don't anticipate any actual justice due to the elite people involved, but it's a nice fantasy.

My take on this is that Cathy is probably a victim of physical, sexual, and mental/emotional abuse, although there might be some embellishment of her story. I've seen Mark Phillips talk on YouTube videos and I get a feeling that he is a controlling, manipulative man - not sure, but he gives me the creeps for some reason.
Also casting a shadow on both the authors are complaints, such as those of the Miller family, which suggests that O'Brien and Phillips are the bad guys

Cathy O’Brien has the unfortunate (though not the most unfortunate thing to ever happen to her) of not being believed by even the conspiracy theory community. I’m more sympathetic to her story than most, but I will push back on some facts.
Here is the “tl;dr” version. She was sexually abused by her father from the earliest age and then prostituted out to various high-ranking officials. During that time the CIA used their MK-Ultra tactics on her. The mind-control programmed her brain to deliver messages, etc in the guise of sexual favors to diplomats, presidents, and the like.
While the above is evil and satanic, there is nothing of disbelief. Of course the CIA does stuff like that. I think what gets most people is when she starts naming names. Here are the villains, and after each name I will say how believable it is:
1. Ronald Reagan. I’m not sure on this one. On one hand, his wife consorted with witches, and O’Brien admits Reagan never personally harmed her and that Reagan himself was outranked by Deep State agents Cheney and George H.W. Bush.
2. Cheney and Bush Sr. Easily believable. Only the most Boomercon Neocon thinks Cheney is a good guy.
3. Country Music stars. Undecided. According to her Merle Haggard was a CIA informant. Perhaps, but I don’t think he was sober enough to be reliable. While I have doubts about the actual singers, the country music industry does provide a pipeline of CIA/cocaine activity. Nashville is a powerful hub.

This book is only for the most mature reader, and even then one needs to guard himself with prayer and probably fasting. I knew going in how evil the CIA is, and I knew what MK-ULTRA involved, but even then I wasn’t prepared.
Now for some basic notes on the book:

Some of these were close to home for me.
O’Brien: “Cox demanded I become a Mormon in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This was to “prove” that Satan was everywhere-particularly in the Monroe, Louisiana Mormon church where he led occult ritual” (104)
That’s about 8 minutes from my house. Another one was where he serial-killer/Satanist Handler lived in Chatham, LA, where a lot of witchcraft activity happens in those swamps (that’s about 25 minutes from my house; that claim is more or less accurate, though the occult activity moved about 60 miles northeast from Chatham since then).
Factual Inaccuracies
The only factual problem I had was her claim that La. Senator Bennett Johnson told her he was their on the “Philadelphia Experiment” in 1943. While I certainly believe the Philadelphia Experiment is real, I don’t think Johnson was there. Johnson was born in 1932. This would have made him 11 years old. Unlikely he would be privy to a top-secret project.
Unless he actually went back in time in the experiment, but that raises time-travel paradoxes I don’t want to get into.
Responding to the critics
Critics of the book list several counter-factual problems with O’Brien’s account. We’ll see which ones hold water:
1. Why didn’t the government sue them for libel? My guess is that the Govt probably didn’t need to. The real evidence was destroyed. Further, you don’t want this to go to court. While the govt would win (because the system is rigged), people will start asking questions.
2. Why didn’t the CIA kill them? This is a good objection. As documented the CIA certainly tried. I suppose by the mid-1990s with Libya, Serbia, and Iraq happening, the CIA had bigger fish to fry. We had to transport cocaine and jihadis to Bosnia.
3. Do you have any proof about Reagan et al? This is the kicker. The charges against Bush and Cheney are believable, if not common sense. Reagan is a bit different. I’m undecided.

I close this book with so many questions:
- Could those who used Cathy sexually truly have been that indiscriminate? I understand this is crass, but bear with me: She claims to have had liaisons with a long list of exceedingly powerful people, yet these same people, given their power, money, and access to staff that would assure their secrecy, could just as easily have hired call-girls. So why use Cathy over and over again? At the risk of sounding shallow, she was reasonably attractive, but no Marilyn Monroe.
- Also, can there truly be that much sexual deviance amid the powerful? That said, I have taken disclosures of sex abuse for 25 long years, and the Average Joe and Josephine would be staggered by the number of sexual abuse victims AND the social positions of their predators (ie: if you think all pedophiles look like something that crawled out of a trailer in Kentucky, or off the set of Deliverance, you are woefully naïve). And yet...that many pedophiles in government? Does the law of averages support that? Do the data?
However....
Where there is smoke there is fire.
There are so many allegations lately about highly powerful people and their penchant for shockingly deranged encounters with children. And for those who laughingly decry 'fake news!' and say these allegations have been debunked, or subscribe to the belief that it is one party trying to besmirch the other, I respectfully say this: the pizzagate/pedogate controversy (Democrats) has been scoffed at, not debunked. The allegations about Bohemian Grove (Republican) have, similarly, been scoffed at but not debunked. What is on record as real, though, are the damning photographs Comet Pizza owner James Alefantis has on his social media. The appalling taste in 'art' on the walls of the Podesta brothers. Also on record as real is The Franklin Cover-Up, of which victim Paul Bonacci is also very real, and he led investigators to not only a den carved out beneath a home in Colorado where many trafficked boys were hidden, but also to Bohemian Grove.
Talk about 'deplorable'. (sidebar: what's seen cannot be unseen; I do NOT recommend anyone search out that video. Had I known the true content, I'd never have watched it).
Also ...does Hollywood routinely exploit children? Goodness, YES. Everyone has seen that gut-churning picture of Drew Barrymore, drunk and half passed-out on a table at a Hollywood party when she was 10 yrs old. If anyone really believes that someone was not also touching her at that age, (or possibly younger), I kindly redirect you to my 'woefully naive' statement above. Also, why do most of these child stars end up being exceedingly damaged adults? Only sexual abuse accounts for the catastrophic devastation we see in their psychological architecture, and again - that's the counselor of 25 yrs talking, not the (so-called) conspiracy theorist.
And are Hollywood and US politics incestuously entwined? Certainly.
Lastly, and perhaps most perplexing...this book has been available since 1995, yet not once has Cathy O'Brien been hauled before any sort of magistrate and sued for defamation, slander, libel....nothing. She has been maligned, yes. Her sanity is questioned again and again, there have been countless character assassinations directed her way, and skeptics of her story are quick to point out that no one has ever been able to corroborate her allegations.
Okay. But no one has ever gone on record to deny them, either. She has pointed the finger at some heavy-hitters as being perpetrators of vile, despicable things and not a single one of them has fired back with a lawsuit or a criminal charge.
That, maybe most of all, keeps me torn.

Initially bought this because the myth of Dick Cheney having a massive dong, apparently originated from this story. At first, it's an "interesting" reading, insofar as it's shocking, disturbing, and, speaking for myself, I wanted to understand what was happening, and why! What is the "endgame" for having an army of mind-controlled sex slaves? Money, I guess?
Unfortunately, this book quickly descends into torture itself. There is absolutely no way I believe that anyone said anything quoted in this book. It all sounded like the same person speaking, whether the speaker supposedly is Dick Cheney, George Bush, or Reagan...All of these "characters" seemed to actually just be Cathy. There is no way I'm going to believe that these powerful people all spoke in the same exact manner. It's just not possible. I'd think if it were truly based on reality, there would be more nuance to each person's individual communication style, and there was no evidence of this, in my opinion.
Further, there are so many inconsistencies with this very tall tale. From questionable "photographic memory" that's only used when it suits the authors narrative, to the really irritating finale where somehow, Cathy is suddenly able to ask for help. LOL. Just, really ridiculous. And the constant replaying of the sex stuff, like omg. WE GET IT.
What would make more sense if it maybe some of this shit is true, but Mark Phillips is simply her new handler, and has implanted false memories to write about, thereby giving conspiracy theorists a bunch of fake leads.
In summation, interesting insofar as it's considered one of the founding texts for the current pedophilia ring conspiracy theory, but probably not really worth reading at all. The entire time I was reading this book sucked, it felt like a heavy burden weighing me down but actually reading it was just as burdensome. A terrible book. Two stars because I love Dick Cheney and wish I could have freaky BDSM sex with him..

Utterly devastating, unbelievable and yet totally convincing. When I read this in 2002, I was researching the MKULTRA program and had already absorbed hundreds (if not thousands) of pages of testimony corroborating Cathy O'Brien's painstakingly detailed recollections of being sold by her father into a program that turned her into a mind controlled sex slave and "Presidential Model" to a series of world leaders including Gerald Ford, Dick Cheney, GHW Bush, Pierre Trudeau and Hillary Clinton. A real eye opener. The most disturbing part of this description of horrific abuse, is the fact that you simply "know" every word written is true.

Trance-formation showed me that we are all subjects of mind control to some extent... Religious, information (media control), patriarchal, racial...
It sheds light on the shadow government and deals with the intricacies of Cathy O'Brien's case. We first hear about the background of her rescuer Mark Phillips. It plots the rocky journey of how together through gentle encouragement and careful therapy she was able to regain control back over her mind after being traumatised through physical and psychological programming first by family and then, the shadow government. The shameless perpetrators are fearlessly named and shamed for their sadistic acts. I especially like how she was able to recall with meticulous detail the physical features of each perpetrator with complete abandon.
This woman is gutsy.
What a true survivor.
She even recalls political engagements and her liaising with diplomats to relay messages such as complex numerical codes and lengthy cryptic political messages (usually to do with heralding in the New World Order). She was used in drug muling operations, prostituted and used in pornographic films where she was subject to perform grotesque acts.
My heart goes out to her daughter Kelly, who was subject to more aggressive and technologically advanced methods of mind control from infancy and throughout her childhood.
The main undertone of the book is a plea for ways to remedy Kelly's damaged mind.
I applaud the tireless efforts of Cathy and Mark in getting their story out. I hope Kelly is ok. I'm definitely going to read the other book!

This is the most horrifying book I’ve ever read. It’s so unbelievable I feel like at times I was reading it as I would a sci-fi or fantasy novel. To think that this is being presented as truth is mind shattering, especially “if” it is true. I dislike having to highlight if like that however something of this magnitude has to be seen with skepticism, even from the most die hard conspiracy searchers. I am just a normal guy so to read something like this and be asked to accept it as pure truth is very difficult, however I have embraced it. Much of what O’Brien and Phillips have written about have continued since the books printing and only become more and more in your face thanks to the internet. Look no further than the Clintons (Bill in particular) flying 26/27x on Epstein’s Lolita Express and then Epstein goes to jail and commits “suicide.” The examples go on and on, and I have little time to type them all out. Ultimately I would say if you need your daily red pill, try swallowing this one. 🤯🤯🤯

Cathy O'Brien's horrific autobiography is another puzzle piece of information regarding the deep corruption of our government and of the world's leaders. The evil forces behind those who pull the strings has brought the Scriptures to life, specifically the Psalms and Ephesians 6:12 which says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Satan is prince of this world for a time, and what goes on behind the scenes is proof of that fact. So I believe that Cathy tells the truth and believes that she was rescured by Mark but that Mark is not honest. You can learn about another young woman, Shaela Miller, who was taken in by Mark (and Cathy) and her family has testified since then that she is under his control. Her sisters (Miller sisters) made a very persuasive youtube video about the situation and how they lost their sister after she moved in with Mark and Cathy.

Well- no, there is no any kind of "well" situation here, but, a story of struggle, to restore .. the free will- this is an important dangerous book. It is not the first book to talk about that, but, it's a reveling for a personal experience, a case no one ever wish to experience, or even anyone's enemy. A lot of names, American presidents, who are still alive, I wonder: how could this book be print and their writers still alive till now?. Mind control. The chief of Egyptian Intelligence wrote and published a historical book in the 1970th in 2 parts: "The Psychological War", talking about techniques. My question that time when the first look in it: How could he tell all these, and why, but, the most important; this what he permitted himself to reveal, what about WHAT WASN'T AND REMAINED SECRET INT THE DARKNESS? O my God!
American politicians, Arabs, details, documented details ..etc. Using the basic instincts – please, let Sharon Stone away from this now (at least, temporarily dear!)- the religious thoughts, to control, and direct (And you can ask why the Church and Islamic Religious Men struggling, to .. re-back the control)- (The modernized Search for The Lost Time?) No, the referred time wasn't lost, all wants make use of the old, to win worldly goals, a claimed trusteeship, masked by "The Word of God". But, those never knew-or will- God. after she was rescued, the question is:

Yes, this is one but .. number 2 and most important; as she repeated 3 times while telling the story:
“While they manipulated me by my religion, my maternal instincts, my concern with humanity, they never "possessed" my innate being. They couldn't make me one of them. The never took in consideration the strength of the human soul. They did not even know it existed. Ask why.”
And, as a reader from a far place, I think .. I know the answer.

I don't know. Just don't know if this is or even could be true. Even with me keeping my mind totally open for business and taking into account extreme traumatization of the victims, those techniques and supposed results they produce are on the verge of believability.
Also, the recollection is derived from hypnosis, if I got it correctly, which is little better than a witchcraft when it comes to reliability of those so called "suppressed" memories. It's pretty much established already, those "memories" are royally unreliable and too many times, little more or less than a walking dream.
That said, the sheer horror of these depictions also means shit, or at least should. I mean, I hate when people, like those pussies that neglect occurrence of Holocaust, refuse to accept the truth just because it's too hard to accept we live in a world such atrocities are even possible, let alone permissible or even encouraged like in this book.
Now, the biggest problem.
Why are those politicians still walking around? Maybe just because they're guilty as pigs in marmalade. Putting them out of the sun would be admittance of what the state really stands for. Newsflash: it's not what you think for, especially what you vote for or even why you bother to vote in the first place instead of treating it as an organized redneck fun for plebeians so they can remain docile, soft and pliable for the next 4 years or so.
Democracy is an illusion, but you knew that, right?

I believe that Cathy O'Brien is the mind controlled slave of Mark Phillips. Mark Phillips received his instruction on how to "deprogram" Cathy from CIA resources, and books by doctors specializing in hypnosis with questionable ethics (See Access Denied). Mark acknowledges being a hypnotist himself. His methods for "deprogramming" Cathy are precisely the methods used for programming; hypnosis, isolation, avoidance of emotion.... I believe that Cathy O'Brien and Sue Ford are victims, but not of the world leaders they claim to be the victims of. Their stories are the stories of victims used to cover up the crimes of a seditious organization that has made it's way into America and other countries via our Intelligence organizations. (See project Paperclip). MK-Ultra is very real, and may hold information regarding the assassination of our world leaders (President and Senator Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King...) But perpetrators are not likely the world leaders this sort of unbelievable rambling would suggest. This type of Illuminati New World Order conspiracy theory is indeed linked to ritual abuse, and it is more likely that these conspiracy theorists are themselves the perpetrators. Their agenda is political, and they must first dismantle our government and world leaders. Don't be gullible, but do be aware of this sort of propaganda.

As much as I've already studied pedophilia and corruption in government, this book was still mind-blowing to me simply for the number of names and specific details included. It was practically a "who's who" of D.C. politics.
It's important to note this isn't just a book about the ritual sexual abuse suffered by Cathy O'Brien and her daughter Kelly, it's also a book about MK Ultra Project Monarch mind control; drug-running; the country music industry; the formation of NAFTA; the true purpose of NASA; and the great lengths the CIA will go to in order to cover up corruption.
O'Brien and Mark Phillips' story has the mark of authenticity. I have already read The Franklin Scandal by Nick Bryant and Confessions of a D.C. Madam by Henry Vinson, and the information O'Brien shares both references and corroborates some of the information in those books.
This is one of those books that everybody should read. But it will appeal especially to conspiracy researchers, Q patriots, and (believe it or not) even flat earth researchers due to the specific references to top secret NASA programs.
O'Brien has a follow-up book called Access Denied: For Reasons of National Security, which I plan to read in the near future.
