Book 5 in the Prairie Devils MC series. In this book we get the story of the club’s VP, Stinger, and Alice. Alice was introduced in book 4 when she was rescued by the Prairie Devils from a rival club. The book can be read as a standalone and does not have a cliffhanger. Both Stinger and Alice come with their own emotional baggage. It’s a case of insta-love/lust on Stinger’s part but the author develops the story in such a way that I felt the love was genuine. Stinger is super protective of Alice and works hard to make her believe she’s the one for him. Alice is first afraid of commitment but succumbs and becomes the type of woman who can brave the gritty, violent MC life. If you like your heroes to be strong, alpha, hot bad boys with a streak of possessiveness and not afraid to work hard to win love then this is a book for you. It can definitely be classified as erotic, lots of hot sex scenes. No cheating and a HEA.

OMG, I totally knew that this book was going to be amazing. Alice and Stinger, was so raw, and honest. I knew that I was going to get emotional. I had snacks and drinks and read this in one setting. This series should be a tv show cause it's that good.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. this is the story of Stinger and Alice. If you have read this series you will remember we were introduced to Alice in Wicked Kinda Love she was the girl that they found locked in the closet when they went to check on the Rams. In this book we find out exactly why Alice and her father were at the Rams compound. We also find out what happened that lead to her father dying and Alice being in that closet. We found out in Wicked Kinda Love that Stinger has a strong attraction to Alice but with outside forces pushing on them can they make it.
When we start this story it is the present day, and it is from Alice's point of view. After the poising incident that occurred in the club house. Alice leaves and if you remember from Wicked Kinda Love Blaze tells stinger not to go after Alice. When we start this story we find out where she went and what is happening to her know. We also learn in this story why Stinger is as closed off to those around him as he is. This story has many starts and stops in the beginning of this book and that is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review. The back and forth of the past and present was a little confusing but if you can hold on through those first few chapters it is an amazing story that will have you screaming for more.
This story is full of love and danger, secrets and true freedom. I would liked to say even more but I believe that I would give away to much of the story and you really do need to read it. It is a stand alone book but there are parts of it that will give away some parts of other books if not read in the correct order. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Pick up your copy today.

Stinger he cares for his woman but sometimes he needs to be bossy, "welcome home, baby. You're here, long as I've got you in arm's reach." He paused, running his thumb up and down my hand, circling my palm. "If the next effing words outta your mouth aren't a thank you, then I don't want to hear any other s****. I want you to trust me." He's so talkative when it comes time to do the naughty, "only trouble is," he said, pausing to sweep his tongue across the other bud, melting me all over again. "This greedy effing d*** in my pants won't let me. Not right now. I gotta eff." He's also really considerate, "gotta clean up first baby. Effing love getting down and dirty, but screwing with other dudes' blood drying all over me is something else." In it's own way his compliments are nice, "growling, I grabbed her a**, pulling her in tight. "You know damned well who the eff I am, baby. And if you don't, you'll figure it out late when I rip that thing off and eff your sweet a**." I gave her a playful swat. "Come one. Everybody's waiting for us down below. Might have to fight a few guys to keep 'em off you. Christ you're hot." As usual I loved it and I can't wait for more.

2.5 stars. Some MC books work for me (I'll admit, not many) but this one just didn't cut it. All the sex, murder and mayhem you could want but it just didn't have the story to go with it for me to enjoy. Sorry.

Series end, but not on a bitter note
Bitter Kind of Love (Prairie Devils MC Book 5) by Nicole Snow held me in thrall! Ms. Snow started this book with a suspenseful bang, prompting me to read as fast as I could! Alice's imminent danger is only one aspect of this pulse pounding MC romance. While Alice and Stinger have been dancing around each other, everything between them comes full circle.
As would be expected for an Outlaw MC, trouble is always brewing and coming from angles often unknown. Another rogue Outlaw MC, seemingly worse than those pesky Grizzlies. Up to no good and not afraid, it's a crazy dangerous time for Alice, Stinger and the Prairie Devils MC.
Overall, I love how Alice recovers her memory and that Stinger finally comes after her, stakes his claim and makes Alice his and he is all hers. There's no shortage of danger and near tragedy, however, the celebration and HEA at the end is in true MC fashion and full of promise for each couple in this series.

It was ok
This story was ok. It's not the best that Ms. Snow has written. This story seemed to me to be more sex than story. Like Ms. Snow wrote about sex then realized that oh all that sex needed a story to go along with it. To me, the story would have been better with less sex and more story.

Alice is a young girl who has grown up in the midst of biker gangs, drugs, gun dealings and violence. When her father gets murdered and she is held captive and abused by the offending club she never imagined she would be rescued. Lucas (Stinger) Spears is the VP of the Devils Montana crew. He’s had more than his share of women and a lifetime of violence. Still being a part of a biker gang is more than just a good time – it’s a family. When Stinger and his brothers are called upon to deal with the Slingers MC he never expected to find Alice and experience the intense grip she ends up having on him.
Attraction was instant for these two. For Stinger, he was drawn to her vulnerability and his desire to right past wrongs. His need to protect something he cared about again was overwhelming. Dealing with the loss of his sister Beth, he never opened his heart enough to care about another woman. But Alice was different. Alice wanted nothing more than to run far away and escape the only life she had known. But because she held the key to the guns trade in the area by way of her dead father’s map, she couldn’t escape trouble. Fate has a way of making sure you are where you are meant to be. Nothing would make Alice happier than becoming Stinger’s old lady.
What an incredibly intense, explicit and gritty love story. The language is not for the faint of heart, but then again neither is the Sons of Anarchy type story line. Definitely a raw and hungry passion between Alice and Stinger. And the contrast in the love they share to the violence and gang business around them makes for a great read. I loved that Stinger was allowed to have a soft side, caring and tender yet still the epitome of a bad ass biker.
The author starts off by telling us there is always a happy ending and no cliffhangers in her world. Which is great for this type of story and as a reader I was still curious how the two would wind up making it work. The love scenes were fantastic, heat and excitement dripping from every word. This story for me is proof that love can be found in the darkest of places. I truly was taken into a different world!

I was given a copy of this book by the author to read for an honest review.
Honestly, I love this series. The men/brothers that make up this biker club are able bodied, in it to win it bad boys. When they find a woman that is a keeper, they go all out for her. Protect her with their lives if need be. This biker club bands together to get the job done - whatever the job may be. The men are raw and sexual, my heart was constantly aflutter. Prairie Devils MC is definitely on my list of a must read series. You won't be sorry.
I got caught up in the emotions that are put into Alice and Stinger's story early on in the story. Stinger knows what he wants and that would be Alice. His brothers are telling him to steer clear, the poor woman has been through quite an ordeal, doesn't really know where she's at in her life right now. But as events unfold - whoa! I found it very hard to stop reading. The battles that Alice and Stinger have to fight just to be together are fierce and when Alice finally figures things out and she stands by Stinger's side, wow, they make a great team. She needs Stinger, she found her place, found herself, found her home in him.
With this book of the series, I saw quite a leap in the writing style of Nicole Snow. The scenes were way more descriptive, more emotional, more fierce, graphic, raw, gritty... it was more intense in every way than I found the previous books to be. Don't get me wrong though, the series is awesome,
One more thing I like is the continuity of the story. Characters from the previous books are still around, and we get glimpses into how things are going for them. I love that. I specifically look to read series books that do just that. Makes me feel... I don't know... I feel like I'm there, like they're my friends, and just for awhile someone's got my back.

When I first picked this up to read it, I wasn't sure if I would recall everything from the previous books, but this one actually is intertwined with the previous book pretty closely, so no need for a re-read.
I would not recommend reading this one as a stand alone. You would need to at least read Wicked kind of Love if not all of them. (all of these books are heavily linked together, it is advised that you read them together and not as stand alone.)
Alice was found in Wicked Kind of Love, but we didn't really know who she was or what her story was. Just that she was found in the club house of a rival biker club and rescued by our Prairie Devils.
In this book it takes you back a bit into WKofLove, and there is overlap. Not bad overlap, its really good overlap, its what helped me recall what happened before. But this time around its in a different point of view because its Alice's story.
We find out who she is, what happened to her and the horrors of what was done to her.
We see how Sting falls for her and tries to take care of her and help her, even though he doesn't know everything about her yet.
We see Alice leave to try and make a life for herself with out the MC's in her life, and she only gets wrapped up in it more. Again needing to be rescued, but will help come for her in time to save her? And will Sting let her get away as easily as that, knowing his Pres told him to let her be and leave her be?

I was given this book by Nicole Snow to provide an honest review.
This entire series has been a huge success, written about a 1%er outlaw MC. It's nitty, gritty, hard, loud and crude. I have enjoyed reading every book so far in the series. Stinger and Alice's story didn't disapoint at all. It was all of the above and then some...
It started off a little slowly, however, it picked up pace as soon as Alice left the clubhouse believing she needed to get away from this crazy life that she grew up in with her father. This sent Stinger into a downward spiral, but thanks to Moose's intervention, Stinger was able to find Alice and bring her back home where she belonged.
The hated map of gun running routes that Alice's father created, which became the property of The Prairie Devils MC was still causing mayhem between their club and the unknown Slingers MC. Alice and Saffron are caught up in a snatch and grab from their SUV while they are en route to get back to the club. Bring on the Prairie Devils MC'ers... I got so caught up in the book during the rescuing of the ladies and sending to ground the Slingers MC scumbags.
The ending was pretty great too! It is definitely a HEA for more than just Stinger & Alice. You have to read to find out who else got their HEA.
While all of these books are stand alone, it is really best if you read them in order.

This is the fifth book in Nicole Snows MC series and you really need to have read at least Wicked Kind of Love to follow this tale. They are all heavily interwoven so please bear that in mind.
Alice was found in Wicked Kind of Love, but we didn't really know who she was or what her story was. Just that she was found in the club house of a rival biker club and rescued by our Prairie Devils.

Another awesome Prairie Devils MC Romance
I received this book as an ARC from the author for honest review. And honestly I LOVED IT!
I could not put this book down from the first word to the very end. In this book we get the story of Alice and Stinger. Alice is the one they rescued in the previous book (Wicked Kind of Love: Prairie Devils MC Romance Tank and Emma’s Story) that had lost her memory. Stinger is the VP for the Prairie Devils. In this book you found out more about Alice and how she ended locked up with no memories. We also see a different side to Stinger and a little about his past. We see the soft side to Stinger and how ice cold Alice towards the MC.
There is so much I want to tell you about this book that makes it amazing but I do not want to ruin any of the surprises that come from this relationship. Nicole has done a great job with Alice’s character, I found the way she had Alice start out a scared young woman and build herself up to a very strong woman was great and very realistic to read.
I recommend to get this book when it is released you will not be disappointed. If you have not read the other books in this series pick them up today. This book should be on everyone's must read list

I was given a copy of this book to read for an honest review. Let me just put this out there for you all. I love this series. This is a bad a** biker club that gets the job done when it comes to protecting their own. I have read a lot of MC books in the last year and this is for sure one of my favorite series. If you are looking for books where the men are raw, sexual men this is the books to be reading.
The emotions that are put into Alice and Stinger's story are so very enthralling that you don't want to stop reading. Stinger is a man's man. He holds the beast inside of him on a tight leash but when he lets go it burns up the pages of this book. The battles that Alice and Stinger have to fight just to be together are fierce but when they start to battle them together they are a force to be recon with.
When it comes to a battle scene, a sex scene, or a touching moment Nicole Snow does it right. You can see every detail play out in your mind just like you were standing right there while it is happening. Such care and detail is given to the written words that you get such a visual sense of what is happening throughout the story that it hangs with you long after you are done reading this book. If I could I would give this book more stars for sure.

I received an ARC for an honest review.
This is not the genre that I usually read. This is a captivating story of the brutal crude bada** life of a MC club. This is a love story about Lucas "Stinger" Spears and Alice James. Stinger is the Hot Alpha Veep of the Prairie Devils MC. He is a tough, bad a** , who wants nothing to do with love. He's all about talking dirty, getting loaded on booze, having sex and his club. Alice is a fragile young sheltered virgin who has just experienced the brutal trauma of seeing her father murdered by a rival gang and has amnesia due to this trauma. They each have had tragedy in their life and when Stinger and Alice meet there is something they both feel inside about one another that draws them to each other. After a steamy kiss between them Alice leaves to try to find herself. If you like steaming hot hard tattooed alpha males and a story full of suspense and violence this MC book is for you. There is a HEA ending. But I felt that this story was a little slow in the beginning but once it gets going it is none stop to the finish. So hold on, this story will have you at the edge of your seat numerous times and you won't want to stop reading so make sure you have the time to read for awhile.

When you read a book that is part of a series, you begin to wonder as the series goes on, that the stories will be lacking in some way. But that is not the case with Outlaw Love. It just gets better and better. Stinger is a tough bad boy that wants nothing to do with love. He has his club, his booze and all the sex he wants. So when he first lays eyes on Alice, he is not sure where these feelings are coming from. He wants her, to own her, possess her, care for her and finally he realizes that he just might love her. Alice is scared to death, she doesn't remember why she was at that clubhouse and who the dead man was. She is scared of her feelings for the big, bad tattooed biker and all she wants is to run. From what though, herself, him or life in general. When she winds up in the wrong place, all she can think of is Stinger. Will she die without seeing him again? Can Stinger leave her alone as she wanted? I loved this one and can't wait for more. If you love a great MC story then you should check out Outlaw Love by Nicole Snow, it is fantastic.

Another great book by Nicole Snow!!!
In Bitter Kind of Love we follow Stinger, the VP of the Montana charter of the Prairie Devils MC, and Alice, whom we met in Wicked Kind of Love. They both feel attracted to each other, especially Stinger. And while he acts on that attraction, Alice fights it because she can't remember her past. Will Stinger make Alice see that they're made for each other?
Like all the other books in this series, this book is packed with action and very hot scenes. It is a raw, passionate story. If you love MC books, you'll love this one!
Alice is a strong woman that just wants to know where she came from and what happened before she gives herself completely to Stinger.
Stinger, like all alpha bikers, is protective, possessive, bossy, raw and very sexual. Although he had orders to stay away from Alice, he followed his heart and never gave up.
Nicole Snow is a great writer! I love how she can go back in time and retell the same event multiple times without making it boring and that she writes the book from different POVs. Love the Prairie Devils MC!

wow! very violent, disturbing, gritty, intense, powerful, sexual content, bad language etc all what you expect from this series. stinger has had a hard life, esp early on. when he finds love he falls hard and fast and fights to keep it. alice has grown up in this life, always with her father, trauma has her forgetting most of it and him. further trauma triggers her memories and brings her back to stinger, its not easy but they love deep and hard and strong. ive got really into these stories they can be hard to read at times due to the violence and rape attempts, but something just grips me until I finish reading each one and have to start the next. although these are stand alone books as they do follow the characters onto the next I would recommend starting at the beginning with the prairie dogs and working onto the grizzlies. I just hope Nicole is going to write a few more as I only have 2 more to read in the grizzlies. if you like tough rough bikers with hearts of gold then you will enjoy these

Nicole writes a helluva sex scene but that first kiss between Stinger and Alice was sooooo hot! I felt it down to my toes it was so hot lol
And man... Stinger with his "just shut the f*ck up and come" ... I was thoroughly in lust...I mean love, I was in love lol.. I think Stinger has to be my favorite biker in this series so far. The man though rough and violent was determined and focused. He knew he wanted Alice and did what he had to do to get her even though it didn't work out exactly how he wanted he still pushed.
Alice wasn't my favorite but only because she seemed ungrateful and rude when the Club was just trying to help her. Eventually she grew on me and I liked that she finally just accepted the lifestyle and everything else that came with Stinger, because Stinger deserved that after all he did for her.
I loved the way the story ended, lots off happiness in spite of the hardships!!

First let me start out by saying that this book does not start out slow and easy. The author does not hold your hand and ease you into the the story, the story jumps off the page ,grabs you by the hair and pulls you into some series sh@t. Alice left the Prairie Devils running from a life she does not remember and from Stinger who wants to be her future. Alice's memory is the key to unlock her fathers secrets putting her life in danger and that of the Prairie Devils. Trouble and danger follow this courtship as the past and the present collide. The ruthlessness of the MC society is very vivid in this storyline as are the methods they will use to protect their club and families. This is a fast paced storyline that is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. Love, honor, trust, family and revenge are displayed in this series creating an engaging and exciting reading experience you do not want to miss.

I really enjoyed Stinger and Alice's story, it was sexy, hot, dangerous, interesting, upsetting, etc. Stinger has always been such an asshole, to see him brought down a peg by a woman like Alice who is not only a true bitch at first, but leaves his ass high and dry is an extreme eye opener for him and quite enjoyable for the reader.
Some may get upset and feel that Alice betrayed the club by saying the things she did but being in her position and not growing up in the MC lifestyle, who the hell could blame her for caving, especially with the threat of Hatter! YIKES! I thought once Alice found herself she did really great defending herself and the people she cared about, she used her hurt and her anger and let that shit fuel and guide her..She was awesome!
Overall, this was a very good read. Much more enjoyable than previous books, though those have been okay. We finally get to see Blaze and Saffron get hitched with a few other hilarious proposals along the way!
