New York Times Bestselling author, R.L. Mathewson was born in Massachusetts. She’s known for her humor, quick wit and ability to write relatable characters. She currently has several paranormal and contemporary romance series published including the Neighbor from Hell series.

Growing up, R.L. Mathewson was a painfully shy bookworm. After high school she attended college, worked as a bellhop, fast food cook, and a museum worker until she decided to take an EMT course. Working as an EMT helped her get over her shyness as well as left her with some fond memories and some rather disturbing ones that from time to time show up in one of her books.

Today, R.L. Mathewson is the single mother of two children that keep her on her toes. She has a bit of a romance novel addiction as well as a major hot chocolate addiction and on a perfect day, she combines the two.

In 2019/2020, R.L. Mathewson will be publishing Devastated, the first Anger Management novel, Tall, Dark & Furious, the 6th installment to the Pyte/Sentinel series, Irresistible, the long anticipated novel for the Neighbor from Hell Series as well as many more books throughout the year, paranormals, contemporaries, and YAs.

A cute short story about Trevor and Zoe sons, Sebastian and Johnny, getting a two-week suspension vacation from school. With special appearance of Jason and his undying gluttony for food, of course.

4.5 because I needed more details xD

It never gets boring within the Bradford family. Always drama, always food and always more food. I can't get enough from this family. They entertain me and I can't stop laughing. This wasn't anything less.

wait!! there´s more to come!!! right?
“Yes, well,” Principal Anderson said, going back to shifting nervously as he explained, “the thing of it is, if you don’t promise to keep the boys home for the next two weeks, the teachers and all the staff have threatened to go on strike.”
He opened his mouth to ask about his other children, but decided not to push his luck. Without the oldest boys here to keep the younger children in line, they’d probably destroy the school within the week. This man would figure out his mistake soon enough.

Trevor Bradford is called to school because his twins are up to no good...and the day gets worse when they go to the grocery store-- love those twins and the mischief they get up to.
Hope there is a story of when they are older and meet their soul mate- oh the stories that will come from that give me goosebumps.

Zoe & Trevor's oldest twins are geniuses that like to get into trouble. In this short story, their holy-terror begins at school as the Principal calls them up to please pick up the boys before the teachers go on strike. By the end all the Bradfords are involved!

Not only do the twins get asked to stat home from school for the last two weeks, skip a grade and manage to frame their uncle in their supermaket antics.

I love these little short stories into the Bradfords lives. They're always so comical and even though they don't add anything huge to the bigger stories they definitely make my day more fun.
