A helpful read for both the homeschooling newbie and the longtime homeschooling mama. Most of it was review for me, but I especially liked Tate's questions at the end of each chapter, her reminder to find a balance between your ideal and your reality, and her chapter about single homeschooling mamas and how we can support them.
Mary Jo Tate provides clear guidance on organizing one's home, workspace, and life in this helpful page turner. Although the title addresses homeschool moms, the hints and tips would help moms with kids of any age and in any situation. She also provides guidance for setting up a home business, and for achieving life balance in the midst of one's daily decisions and responsibilities.
Great book. Lots of practical ideas for goal setting, managing tasks and starting a home based business. Love the quote weaved through the book "find peace between and the ideal and realistic"
