Decide with Confidence! by Millie Bright is honestly the best book I’ve read for making decisions without stressing out. Millie shows you exactly how to break down big choices into small, simple steps. I loved the Decision Table method. She teaches you how to list what matters most to you, rank your options, and see what really fits your needs. The examples, like picking a winter vacation, make everything super clear and easy to follow. What’s cool is how Millie reminds you to be honest about what you want, not just what others think. If you ever get stuck choosing between a bunch of options, this book will help you feel sure about your answer. I totally recommend it!
Interesting book about decisions, this process to take a decisions consume energy and sometimes we have some doubts about the decision. One sentence stuck with me I quote "Lack of confidence can make decision making harder", very true. Another think I like is that before making any decision we need to ask why on that decision. I hope this book is useful for you.
Great book to overcome overthinking and indecision
Great resource in terms of how simple it is to understand and apply the concepts. This is what makes perfect for teens who typically have absolutely no attention span. It’s written in a way that’s engaging yet you receive high value and impactful concepts that you can put into action.
This book caught my eye because making decisions everyday can get exhausting. I know I have suffered analysis paralysis more than once. This book provides practical steps and techniques to feel confident making good decisions without making yourself crazy. I recommend it for those overthinkers out there , myself included.
