I haven't been checking any news or information about this author/series, but this firmly feels like it's the final arc for the Blue Exorcist series, and I'm so excited for it, to be honest. (That cliffhanger, though!?)

This volume was kinda messy and simply didn't contain enough for me to care about. I didn't care about Liu to be engaged with his chunk of the volume, and the Beelz and Egyn stuff was clearly a joke, but not one that I found funny bc I barely know the characters, so it felt like my time was getting wasted on purpose. Shima also confused me through most of that "fight"??? I'm just glad we ended on the main party, it wasn't very entertaining up to that point.
