On the first beautiful morning of spring, Bunny goes on a walk. She encounters Little Cow and Little Pig and asks, “How do you welcome spring?” Her friends share that they welcome spring by making flower crowns and ask her to join them.

As Bunny continues on, she meets new friends and joins in their different activities like dancing in puddles, eating strawberries, and making sailboats. Her friends finally ask, “How do you welcome spring, Bunny?” And she answers her favorite way to welcome spring is by playing with all her friends!

Beautifully illustrated. The book is about a rabbit who asks all of her friends how they enjoy spring. Perfect for little ones because of the repetition.

I love this book it has the perfect classic art style that takes me back to Sarah Kay and Jill Barklem and that makes me forget the terrible usage of new machine trends. This is sweet, inspires us to welcome spring in our own way, she meets different friends and they all have their own unique way of celebrating spring, I get yours us different from mine, that diversity is welcomed. Gorgeous Gorgeous cover. The double pages are simply Paintings. will make a paper watercolor miniature diorama inspired by this one in my blog soon.

Welcome, Spring! by Apryl Scott follows Bunny from friend to friend to ask how they welcome Spring. The artwork that accompanies the writing is bright, realistic and well placed. There is a theme of friendship throughout the book, while also showcasing creativity which I liked. This is a great book for any young reader.

With pages overflowing with pictures of flora and fauna, this would be a perfect addition to an Easter basket or to celebrate the arrival of spring. Fairly heavily texted, but with the frequent exclaiming of the title that even the youngest listeners can shout out. Darling.
