Well written but nothing new

More of a lengthy article than a “book”. Adequate primer. Some further reading/research may be needed, especially for the analysis sections.

This is a relatively short book, but chock full of valuable information. If you've never attempted to write a business plan, or just want to write one for a side business, this is a great way to get started. Wilcox covers several sections, what they are, what you should have in them, and several tips to make it better.

I would not recommend this for professionals, but for those of us struggling to get ourselves together for our little Etsy stores, or self-published books this is a great resource. Speaking of resources, Wilcox gives us a few recommended resources to help us on our way to business plan writing at the back of the book.

I will be back to reference this book.

Tended to be repetitive in some places and wish it would've included a sample of a business plan, but overall a great intro to how to write a business plan.
