Dropped Jewelry is a blueprint born from the pavement; a memoir laced with life lessons, heartbreak, and hard-earned wisdom. This book takes you through the trenches of his journey, where every mistake became a message, and every loss, a lesson. This isn’t a fairytale. It’s survival turned strategy.
If Rich Dad Poor Dad taught you how money works, Dropped Jewelry shows you how life works when the odds are stacked and love, loyalty, and logic don’t always come in the same package. Mr. Coleman breaks the code on everything from betrayal and broken homes to business and belief. Every chapter drops a gem…straight from the soul…wrapped in experience, pain, and purpose.
It’s written for the ones who feel overlooked. For the woman holding a man down with nothing but faith. For the man fighting quiet battles no one sees. For the dreamers with dirty shoes and a clean heart.
JaQuavis Coleman also writes (with Ashley Antoinette) as "Ashley & JaQuavis".
JaQUAVIS COLEMAN, the New York Times best-selling author of Dopeman’s Trilogy, first burst onto the scene at the age of eighteen and quickly became a nationwide literary phenomenon. He and his wife Ashley Antoinette have coauthored numerous “street fiction” classics. With the birth of the Cartel series, the “Ashley and JaQuavis” brand took off. In 2013, twenty-seven-year-old Coleman was honored by Ebony magazine as being one of the Top 100 most influential African Americans in the country.
Wow just WOW JaQuavis 👏🏾👏🏾 He’s so direct and intentional , honestly I’m truly at a loss for words and in awe this book is shifting and will sit with you FOR SURE!
Decent read. It’s a little repetitive at times. Ex. Chapter 46 and 50 are virtually the same. The books starts with personal stories to illustrates the principle, but later drifts and just often gives principles with no real context. The last chapter is real heavy
