“GIRL, write YOUR book dammit.
Who cares what people think?
If writers in the past cared what other people thought we'd still be glossing over 'inappropriate' kissing scenes.
Break the fucking rules.
Push yourself to the edge.
Show the world what YOU can do.
This is YOUR book. YOUR blood and guts.
AND, don't you EVER, EVER, write one single line for SOMEONE ELSE.”

This is the third book in this series and Alora Kate has totally delivered AGAIN!! I loved this book from start to finish, it flows effortlessly yet still manages to keep you on your toes. And the hotness level...well she has turned the burner on full blast. You can't help but cheer for Spring and Chance and melt at the amount of love in this gentle giant. The only thing I want to know is where can I find a man like Chance? I was given an ARC copy of this book in return for an honest opinion.

RATING: 4 STARS

This is the third book in this series of novellas written by Alora Kate. And I enjoyed it and devoured it as quickly as I did the first two.

In this part of the story, we are following the relationship between Spring and Chance. Spring is the older sister to Summer and Fall, who were prominent characters in the first two instalments and Chance is the man she happened to run into one day, and he thought she was an angel. That is, despite her vulgar disposition and inability to think before she speaks. Which happens to work perfectly with Chance and his bad boy, tattooed big guy image. Spring keeps her heart guarded, and we watch as Chance softens her up and finds his way in, and of course there's a bit of drama along the way!

This portion caught me off guard, in that the story's language and content was more mature than the first two. It was good, but it did take me some time to recognize it was what was needed for these characters, their lives, and the story development. Can't wait to read 3.5 and 4 from Alora!

I received an ARC of this book for my honest review.

This is the third book in The Four Seasons Series. This is Chance and Springs story, and I have decided Spring is my absolute favourite! Behind the bad girl persona she is a very kind and caring woman, she just doesn't like people to know that! The things she comes out with are hilarious, she doesn't give a damn!

Chance has a tough exterior, but under it all he loves Spring with all his heart! These two are made for each other! So much passion between the couple- there's some great steamy scenes!
When we meet Chance's ex Savannah- I was about ready to punch her lights out myself! Will the evil woman break our lovely couple up!? You gotta read to find out!

This story flows perfectly and is a very fast read. There's quite a few shocks and surprises in store! It will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat!

I cannot wait for the next book in the series! I'm hoping we get to learn more about Winter and Chase next, I need to know their story!

Well done Alora Kate 5 stars!!!

This book was about Chance and Spring. It was interesting and we got to be in their heads to better understand them. There was even a sub plot covered in mystery and danger. Great development of character, fast paced and we got to see more background of Tristan, Fall, Summer, Hannah, Jen, Winter and Chase. This series is down to earth and realistic, true to emotions. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Five Stars.

well the story of Chance and Spring is a very lite hearted story at first. Spring is having trouble telling Chance she lives him and with commitment a little. When the ex-girlfriend of Chance shows up Spring gets upset and wonders what the woman really wants. Chase and Winter will they ever get their chance or will Winter keep running. Hannah and Fall have some great news and are trying to get through some things for their happy ending. When Jen tells what happened to her and how she know Detective O'Neal Spring is so glad she finally tells them. Well the Ex finally snaps and commits a crime hoping to get what she wants. Will Spring and Chance finally make the next move?Read this one in one sitting again you are drawn into the lives of his family with they way it is written you get a lot of the other perspectives on what is going on.

A copy of this title was received in exchange for an honest review.

First Summer, then Fall, and now it's time for Spring. Spring and Chance are already involved when this book starts but that doesn't mean that there isn't plenty of excitement to be had. Told in the perspective of Spring, their story goes back and forth and up and down. I totally related to Spring as we both have a temper like none other. Chance is more laid back and totally tatted up. Both of them love each other. Then a part of Chance's history comes back and stirs up trouble. The scenery is set ok but the characters are well developed. The same characters from the first two installments return in this one and there are a couple new ones added.

This is the third book of a series and will be more enjoyable if you have read the others but can still be read as a stand alone. There are no cliffhangers and there is an HEA. But be fore warned - Winter is coming.

This is the third in the Four Seasons series, with the siblings Spring, Winter, Fall and Summer. Fall being the only boy in the family. This book focuses on Spring and her relationship with Chance, who is a twin like her. Chance and his twin own a tattoo shop and his ex-girlfriend comes back into the picture. She finds him out of the blue, asks him to join her for lunch and Spring sees them holding hands and leaves Chance. What happened at lunch? Does Spring take him back or give him a chance to explain? What has Chance's ex coming back into his life now? What happens one day when Spring is volunteering at the homeless shelter? What happens to Chance when he gets sick? You will want the answers to these questions and to get them you will have to read this book.

Finally we get Spring and Chances story. These two together are a firestorm of love, lust and laughter.

With one encounter, Spring will be thinking the worse and wanting to throw everything away.

Spring is hot headed, speaks before thinking, slightly insecure and amazingly all together character

Chance, can I have one of him? He loves fiercely, love Spring fiercely. He's sweet, caring and let's Spring be who she is.

There are many obstacles in this book. Can these two make it out in one piece? Can Spring finally say those three big word's?

I love these stories and character's Alora Kate brings to us. I mean, Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall. How freaking brilliant is that. I'm hooked on these character's and can't wait to see what is next for them.

* * ARC given on behalf of obsessed by books for an honest review * *

This is the third book in the four Seasons series, here we get to Spring sister to Summer, Fall and twin Winter. We get to see how it started for Spring and Chance.

Spring is a fire cracker, which is perfect match for Chance a cocky tattoo beast of man, but sweet as they come and boy does he have his hands full. Spring loves Chance but is afraid to admit especially when a part of Chances past resurfaces can she trust him with her heart. Chance wants nothing more than to get Spring to admit her love for him, he loves her and only wants her and even though somthing from his past has came back it's not all what it seems or is it. I loved this couple I was so glad read thier story, looking forward to Winters .

Have you read the first 2 books? No? Well you must! Spring is a twin and she is involved with a twin. All of her family members make an appearance in here too, you can go back a little to fill in a few of the missing pieces from book 1 and 2. Not really missing but fills in more. Again there is drama and some unexpectedness. Good Job Alora for packing a punch in a quick read. I really enjoyed these books. I can't wait for the rest of this series.

A Chance With Spring Book Review:

When I had chatted with Alora the other day we discussed the different characters and whom I liked the most. At the time it was Fall because I connected with him and understood him the most. Well, she warned me Spring was different than the others. Heck yes she is! I’m sorry Fall, but I think I like your sister a little better now…..

This is the third book in the Four Seasons Trilogy. At the time, it became my favorite. To recap a little, this trilogy follows the stories of four siblings. Yes, they are named for the seasons! If you go to her site, amazon, etc. you can find the listing of the books in order. They’re marked clearly. know, it seems a little “eye ball rolling” worthy at first. I giggled, but thought it was rather creative. Because it is different from what you expect. Which is another reason why I adore the series.

One thing I have picked up with each book is, their names fit their personalities in many ways. I eluded to this in one of my other reviews as I wasn’t sure if it would be a re-occurrence. For example, Fall has a stormy soul. He has faced a harsh reality and trauma that has changed him. Just like the actual season, things change quickly. It can be a cool and beautiful day and a storm rolls in. I have to say especially if you live in Washington State like me! But back to my point here...Summer also fits her season as she is warm, upbeat and positive. She feels with her whole body and soul, and shares that warmth so to speak. Now Spring, she’s just as feisty as her season. Spring, just like her season is filled with a fierceness that pops out suddenly. After all how many Spring storms have you lived through? Gorgeous weather one minute, sun is shining, birds chirping and then BAM! It’s like Mother Nature got mad and said here, I’m washing it all away! Just like our girl Spring in the book!

So, now that you’re caught up, let me tell you what I thought of it. Spring has always been the opposite of her twin, Winter. She knows what she wants and she goes after it. She wants to have fun and enjoy her life while she is young. Where as she is open minded and carefree, she has her moments of complete shut down. When she’s mad, the world knows it and she has a quick temper. Honestly, Chance is lucky he could calm her down at times. But at the same time, if I were Spring and dealing with the things that happen throughout the book, I might just be a bit pissy too!

Chance and his twin brother Chase own a tattoo shop and it’s everything to them. They’re workaholics who have had to do overcome some seriously damaging moments of their lives. So when Chase wanted to open the shop, he went for it and brought his brother in and showed him the ways of their art. Not to be too corny here, but one day Chance and Spring meet and it was love at first site for Chance. He knew that she was the one and this big brute of a man falls in love so deeply he can’t keep himself going. It’s too cute, and funny. Their connection is quick and runs deep.

But Spring keeps him on his toes. As much steam and fire they have between them chemistry and sexually wise, there is still that last connection Chance so desperately wants from her. The three little words that will connect his world. She knows deep inside she loves him, but how does she say that? How does she keep herself guarded in case he breaks her heart? If she gives up that bit of control on her life, how will it go?

As she’s trying to sort this all out, a blast from Chance’s past shows up and disrupts their fragile world into pieces. I’m with Spring, I would have flipped my lid and then some too. But I probably would have brought out claws! It’s interesting the timing of this person's presence and exactly what she brings to the table. I don’t want to give away too much there, as it’s pretty interesting the twist. I wondered a bit about it, but yeah, read it!

After all that, can Chance get Spring to look deep inside and be true to herself and him? To their love? To even her family? It’s a journey that makes you question emotions for sure.

Positives: This one had a ton more sexy times in it than the others! Wooooo weeeeee! Bring a fan when you read it. You’re going to need it!

Their POV (point of views) alternating helped bring the story full circle once again. You didn’t have to question why one would say or do something, especially if it was dumb.

Once again, my emotions were brought to the surface and even though I got mad at one of the idiotic characters, I appreciated the draw. Bringing out emotions in a reader is what in my opinion, helps make an author successful. It also makes me a return reader.

Negatives:

Again, I’m a nosy bugger and would have liked to see maybe a break off novella of some of the more minor characters in this book. Even though Chances’ past was talked about, it would have been helpful to understand him a bit more in this one. Although, the next one talks about it a lot more.

Overall, a fantastic read. Steamy, sexy, emotional, thoughtful and entertaining. Go check it out and the rest in the series!

4 out of 5 stars!

This is the third book in the series, The Four Seasons. In this book we learn more about Spring, the oldest sister and the man of her dreams, Chance.

Spring has always been happy go lucky and doesn't let much bother her, or so it seems. Spring has a short and hot temper where she usually makes a decision without getting all the facts.

Chance is the older of twin brothers. They own a tattoo parlor together. He is used to Spring and her temper but can not deny the pull and love he has for her.

What happens when Chase's ex shows up? She told Chase she has cancer and needs help getting to and from her chemo appointments.
So why suddenly is there a detective asking questions about her? Her appointment was canceled suddenly when Jen agreed to take her?

Where has Spring disappeared to? She has been missing a few hours and no one has seen her. Has she packed her bags and left? Is the commitment from Chance too much for her to take?

Alora Kate successfully has us rooting for Spring and a surprise twist will get your blood pumping ~
