The Enneagram is a map of the human personality. It’s a tool for navigating relationships. It creates language for what motivates us and helps us look at the way we look at everything else. Most importantly, the Enneagram is a mirror, because sometimes you need help seeing your "self."
(Friends, the Kindle version *DOES NOT* have the Typing Chart unfortunately. It is only available in the physical copy.)
This is the book I’ve been waiting for. Jeff and T.J. deliver the fresh insights we’ve been craving—finally putting their brilliant take on the triads into print. By exploring these often-overlooked dimensions, they highlight connections between types that many never knew were there—adding rich topography to the Enneagram map with beauty, precision, and power. If you’re ready for the next step in your personal growth, this is it. It’s a must-read for anyone who uses the Enneagram in coaching, teaching, or personal development. Jeff and T.J. are that rare dynamic duo who can hold my attention for hours, blending Enneagram insight, philosophy, and pop culture in a way that makes newcomers feel at home and seasoned learners want to rediscover the Enneagram all over again.

Loved this book! The Around the Circle podcast has given me so much great insight over the past several years, so I was more than excited to pick up their book! The visuals were so useful and I've already been offering the mistyping charts to friends to spark some interesting conversations!
There are quite a few anecdotes and nerdy references littered throughout the book, which made sense based on the authors’ Movie Typing series, and really helps me understand the types better when seeing them through characters’ lenses. If you do not watch a lot of movies, some of that may be hard to get through. But for me? Excellent.
It's not often I read non-fiction, but I genuinely found this book fascinating on multiple levels. There's a lot of value in understanding personality types, and even without having taken the Enneagram, it was really interesting to learn about communication styles, coping mechanisms, relationship styles, etc. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys the fields of psychology and sociology.
