A comprehensive coverage of all things Agile including details on three different types of project framework: pure Agile, Agile with Lean and Agile with Prince. The book also goes on to the post-project organisation with a continuous flow design.

While very comprehensive in scope, the book is also very succinct and doesn't lend itself to entry level reading on the subject. Novices would do better with a book that fleshes out the concepts in greater detail.
The book could also benefit from a glossary covering all those watermelons, t-shirt sizes and burndown charts.

Finally, it reminded me of a secondary school textbook with the dryness of cat litter.

Clear no-nonsense guide from the voice of experience himself - ideal for those who want the gen but don't have enough time for the egg-sucking

It has useful ideas but reads more like a summary or a reader's notes on a more fleshed out book.

Might be somewhat overwhelming because it includes an overview of nearly every Agile variant known to mankind. But as long as you understand that you can pick and choose between particular methodologies, it's nice and comprehensive and only around 200 pages.
