I read the second book in this series first, Alter Egos and I said that was a self help guide that made common sense and used real scientific methods. Visualisation is the same and is already something that most of us do to some extent. This book explains how we can visualise in order to become more successful people and even offers real world examples like the infamous story of Jim Carrey writing a check to cash in when he was famous. That was all due to him visualising that he was already successful. There was some helpful hints on when you can visualise as well. I will definitely take that in mind and use some of the methods noted in here in the future. A great read and I will definitely read more of the authors self help guides when they come out.
The author skillfully blends scientific research with actionable strategies, breaking down complex concepts into clear, accessible steps for readers. By making these ideas easy to understand and implement, the book serves as a practical guide for anyone looking to boost their concentration and overcome self-doubt.
I have a small suggestion. Since the author incorporates numerous concepts and findings from scientific research, including a thorough bibliography would enhance the work’s credibility and usefulness for readers wishing to explore the sources further.
Many people review their goals and make resolutions during January, but I like to reevaluate my goals and dreams when fall arrives. I purchased this book because I was looking to find practical tips for meditation and visualization. I am so impressed with this book; it's a great road map for working on visualizing goals and new experiences to avoid anxiety and fear of failure.
