Nice easy read

Julie writes well and tells a good story about the importance of mental health, listening, communication, team work, etc. Mental Health is gradually growing in awareness and it’s been long overdue. I was almost expecting something out-of-the-box, some burst of new insight and what I got was lots of validation to the goal of this book. I wouldn’t say, as the title of the book states, there are any “Secrets” though just continued importance for awareness — that’s not much of a secret these days.
