Yes, I write reviews for my own books. If I didn't love them I wouldn't write them. This was a labor of love as I took five books from a series and turned them into one book. Why, you might ask? As an author my goal is to get my books into the hands of readers, in this case, the readers are children. The first book in the series, Bending Willow, is well-loved but buying five books can be expensive, and often readers don't finish a series for that reason. So, I decided to simplify the experience, creating one book (twenty dollars less than the originals) to get them into the hands of children, teachers, and librarians.
Librarians chose Bending Willow to represent Nevada at the National Book Festival in Washington, D.C. It now lives in the Library of Congress. Shouldn't all kids have access to a series like that?
Anne of Green Gables is a favorite book of mine and this series has a similar vibe. Two orphans trying to find a forever family. It deals with friendship, loss, love, and life. Enjoy!

I loved Jacci's Finding Home Series Book Set! I read all of the initial stories as they came out - and I re-read them again in this series and loved having them all at once. It is an easy read that draws you into these two sisters' lives and adventures so you just want to keep going. There is bravery and loyalty, some crazy adventures, and an ultimate hope for belonging and family that drives the sisters and the reader along. I'm eager to gift this set to tween readers and to watch them get immersed in this great series. Thank you Jacci for something clean and compelling, kind and adventurous!
