Amazing series and read. Only two problems, one it feels like you have to read all of her books she has ever written to get background/backstory. The series is not stand-alone fully like the author claimed in all these series. You must read all of them to understand the full story. Two, all of the books I got ( some from barns and noble then some from Amazon) had ink errors on the pages. Some ink was too bold and some was almost completely gone. I realize that it’s the publishers fault but it’s a repetitive problem.

finally dove into the God of Malice series by Rina Kent and I am honestly still trying to recover.

This series is DARK, obsessive, twisted, morally gray to the core, and yet I could not look away for a second. The intensity between the characters is absolutely consuming. Every interaction felt like a power play, every touch felt dangerous, and every chapter left me saying, “Just one more…” (which turned into no sleep 😅).

What I loved most is how unapologetically bold the story is. The characters are not meant to be perfect. They are flawed, possessive, broken…and somehow you still find yourself understanding them. Feeling for them. Even rooting for them when you probably shouldn’t be.

The tension? Suffocating in the best way.
The chemistry? Explosive.
The emotional damage? Significant.

If you love dark romance with psychological depth, obsessive heroes, strong heroines who don’t completely fold, and a storyline that keeps you emotionally on edge this series delivers.

Definitely check trigger warnings because this is not a light read. But if dark academia vibes, twisted love, and morally gray anti-heroes are your thing… welcome to your next obsession.

I am OBSESSED. This book put me through an emotional roller coaster and somehow I loved every second of it.

Killian Carson is exactly the kind of MMC that gets me every single time, dark, morally questionable, possessive, completely unhinged, but absolutely obsessed with ONE woman. The “bad guy falls for the good girl” trope was done SO well.

Normally a slow burn can start getting on my nerves, but with Killian and Glyndon, I loved watching everything build. Their chemistry, tension, and the way their relationship developed had me completely hooked. And once Killian started showing just how deeply he chose her?! DONE. I was done for.

This book had everything I wanted: darkness, spice, obsession, emotion, and most importantly, an actual LOVE STORY underneath all of it.

There were moments when this book genuinely had me stressed, yelling at the pages, and convinced my heart was about to be broken. But by the end, I knew immediately this was a five-star read.

Killian Carson has officially ruined another fictional man for me.

I loved this series, I finished it in under two weeks. The whole set of books is based off the kids of the royal elite series. I personally also loved the royal elite series. I think each book has its own individual plot and characters that differ. It’s nice to see different traits even if they are all messed up in one way or another.
