Loved this book! I did not however take to Shannah. I feel she was given too many passes by everyone. She was just angry and lashed out when she kept making her own situation worse. She had no emotional intelligence and was so blind. She reminds me of someone. I’m glad she made right with Pilar though because that whole situation made me mad!! I did love the book overall. It invoked some strong emotions. I especially like how the author gave us a link to the previous books because I was trying to remember the book before this! So excited to reread her catalog.
This was just as good as I knew it would be when I first ordered the book. I am glad we got this story and look forward to what’s next. Aura was an experience! I enjoyed the cameos.
