🌸 Fruit Fairy
A luminous fantasy about forgotten magic, quiet courage, and the power of love to heal a world.High above the clouds, the ancient Mother Tree gives birth to fairies—each born from a glowing fruit, each destined to awaken a magical land in the realm of Pomurelle.

Guided by a snow-soft rabbit and the light of the stars, one young fairy must travel through enchanted orchards, moonlit seas, and song-filled deserts to gather what was scattered—and restore what was lost.

✨ For readers who believe in wonder, whispered secrets, and the magic of gentle strength, Fruit Fairy is a timeless journey through beauty, bravery, and the bonds that bloom between hearts.

A truly magical fairy tale – imaginative, heartfelt, and brimming with wonder.

Though aimed primarily at younger readers, Fruit Fairy – Origin of the World carries a universal message that will resonate with readers of all ages. At its heart, this is a story about self-discovery, embracing one’s vulnerabilities, and finding the courage to face the truth of who we really are.

While Liora’s mission is to save the seven realms of Pomurelle, her true journey is deeply personal – a heartwarming reflection on love, identity, and the strength that comes from learning to let go.
The story explores timeless themes: seeing beyond what’s visible, the power of truth and honesty, and – most touchingly – the kind of love that lets us grow and fly free. The bond between mother and child is especially poignant here, portrayed with exceptional warmth and understanding.

One element that made the reading experience challenging, especially for younger readers, was the use of grand poetic language. Phrases like “woven of mist, moonlight, and belief” or “Her stardust drifted downward in shimmering spirals, settling into the soil with a hush like breath” are undeniably beautiful, but their frequent use made the imagery feel at times too abstract and hard to visualise. A bit more clarity in the descriptions might have helped anchor the reader more firmly in Pomurelle’s enchanting world.

That said, the depictions of the characters (the fruit fairies) – from their gowns crafted from petals, fruit blossoms, and leaves, to their individual magical powers – were vibrant and delightful. While the illustrations truly bring the story to life, adding colour, texture, and magic to the reading experience.

The overall tone and storytelling are reminiscent of classic Disney tales – rich in visuals, emotion, and musical flow – and I can absolutely imagine this world on screen. And Mylo - Liora’s bunny companion - totally stole my heart!

If I had one plot-related question, it would be about one of the characters - Prince Orion. While I appreciated the symbolic role he played (especially in Liora’s growth and the theme of letting go), I felt slightly unsure about where he came from and how his storyline tied into the division of the lands of Pomurelle between the seven fruit fairies... But then again – as with many fairy tales – not everything needs a definite explanation. Sometimes, a little mystery is part of the magic.

Final note: don’t read this while hungry! The fruit-themed details made me really crave berries, passion fruit, and probably an entire fruit salad, if I’m to be honest. So… you’ve been warned. 🍓🫐🥭🍎🍒

Author’s storytelling is exquisite and loved the illustrations in the book. The book is about forgotten magic and healing. I felt like escaping to a beautiful magical land filled with love, healing, magic, self discovery, and so much more. There were magical prose and poems also. This is a kind of book where you will lose the track of time and get lost in the woven magic of words and illustrations. This is a thoughtful and well written magical read.

This is such a lovely and whimsical tale of hope, love, and never giving up.

Poetic is nature, Ria takes us on a journey of birth, growth, being lost, and being found. It’s a journey ripe with beauty and wonder. The reader can see the joy the fairies portray, and the laughter that they lavish upon the animals and earth. They are born for creation-making things beautiful for all. But, like most things, something tries to corrupt what is good.

As our journey continues, the tension rises just a bit, as Liora must prove she is of pure heart, and can take on the tests set before her. They are tests of truth and vulnerability, and every choice can lead her closer to her ultimate goal-freeing a lost fairy. With every step, Ria never fails to keep her story full of wonder for the reader. Her prose flows like a steady stream-lightly and quietly. Everything feels very much like a fairy tale.

This was such a sweet story. It’s perfect for children in its use of language and imagery, but adults will also enjoy it. If you’re looking for a light palate cleanser, this one’s for you. 4.5 stars

A big thank you to the author for my e-book. My opinion is my own.

I thoroughly enjoyed Ria’s newest book. It is saturated with exquisite diction in regard to imagination and the world building of the Seven Realms in which her fruit fairies live and regulate. Filled with poems, and containing genuinely deep and meaningful life lessons that are too often overlooked in the noise of our daily society. The quest of Liora the cherry fruit fairy represents not only finding the strength and quiet knowing in trusting oneself, but also allowing oneself to accept all parts of our experiences.

This story started with the Mother Tree and the creation of a fairy. It progresses through the life of Liola and her amazing encounters.

The book was written similar to a poem. It has high-quality poetry and literature. The sentence structure and the description of events were clear. The photos were adequate and helped picture the story. This is my very 1st Fairytale read. To think the last fictional book I read with this standard of literature was a book published in early 2000, just makes it exceptional. I can see how the quality of the literature might be a little tricky for youngsters to relate with on their own. I hope the book can be made into a motion picture with the words read out for kids, to expose them to this standard of literature and imagination.

This was my first time reading something in this genre — poetic, dreamy, and fantasy-heavy — and it was such a unique experience! The story felt like a gentle fairy tale with deep emotions, beautiful world-building, and lyrical writing. A soft, magical journey that grew on me as I kept reading.
