If you are looking for a fast-paced, twist-filled read, this is the one for you. With this book being just over 100 pages long, I was eager to reach the end, to find out what was happening. This story starts with a super-catching prologue and doesn't let up until the end. The detail throughout the story is pretty decent for being such a short read. The only reason this isn't a 5-star read for me is that the timeline doesn't make full sense. However, the rest of the story was nice. I do love the twists in it and wish I could have stayed in the story longer. This book does have an insta love vibe to it, while I'm usually not a fan of insta love, I did see the use for it in this story and enjoyed it.

This gripping novel pulls you in with its mix of emotional intensity and sharp suspense. What begins as a portrait of an ordinary life quickly unravels into a fast-paced mystery where nothing and no one can be taken at face value. Every chapter layers tension, weaving together hidden motives, unexpected twists, and a constant sense of unease that keeps you reading late into the night.
The characters feel real and flawed, each carrying their own shadows, which makes the unfolding drama all the more compelling. The dynamic between the lead and those around her adds depth, creating a blend of vulnerability, trust, and lingering doubt that resonates beyond the crime at the heart of the story.
Beautifully balanced between emotional stakes and edge-of-your-seat intrigue, this book will appeal to anyone who loves a thriller that digs into both the heart and the mind. It’s an addictive read that will leave you questioning every character until the very end.
