I write what your heart fears and your soul craves.

Twisted romances. Dark fantasy. Gods and monsters. Broken mates. Unapologetic grovels. Stories that will make you rage, cry, and laugh when you least expect it. And yes, I also sprinkle on some cheese. I've seen your reviews! They were entertaining.

If you love betrayal, revenge, morally gray heroes, and fierce, wounded heroines who rise from the ruin, you're in the right place.

By day, I work with words, images, and strategy. By night, I disappear into worlds of dark love, forbidden magic, and shattered bonds.

You’ll find me surrounded by at least three oversized cups of coffee, hunched over a laptop full of heartbreak, and vibing to a playlist that swings from heavy metal and electro-pop to tragic cellos and violins.

Follow me if you're ready to feel everything, and then some.

(Spoilers below...)

Hmm, I'm not really sure how to feel about this. I really wish I could blame Draven (26), but honestly, he was just clueless and got taken advantage of, so… he's a victim.

As for Kassira (26), I wish she had held her ground a bit longer. Idk; she just gives in too easily. I was hoping for more hesitation on her part, but I didn’t see much of that.

All the problems here were entirely due to the OW and her mother, who's a witch in every sense of the word. No one else can be blamed here.

Also, OWD is one of the things I hate the most in romance (ik this is on me), and that lessened my interest to the point that this just stopped being fun for me. I no longer care about the "romance," and all I just want to know is when this is going to be over. 😐

Some notes/spoilers:

🟩 OW. It was an arranged mating that started last year (I think). So, they've been together for months already, but after that night when Kass told Draven he’s her mate, he stopped sleeping with the OW. I don't remember any explanation for why he did that, but maybe I just missed that part? Anyway, even though he didn't sleep with her, Kass still knows whenever he touches or kisses the OW. Apparently she feels it every time because these actions are a betrayal to their bond, and Kass is the one who ends up suffering (this isn’t Draven’s fault and this was before she broke the bond).

🟩 There are on-page kiss scenes with OW and OM, but nothing more than that (still makes my stomach turn, tho).

🟩 OW's first kiss scene was in the prologue, where Draven rejected Kass in front of everyone. Tbf, he's literally been cursed since he was a baby, which is why he couldn't feel their bond. Also, growing up and believing he doesn't have a mate (based on their priestess) is one of his insecurities. So, when Kass called herself his mate, it really struck a nerve with him. Thinking she was lying, he ended up saying some awful things and had her escorted away and exiled. But before Kass was dragged, the OW came to Draven's side, and they kissed in front of her (this hurt her, literally and figuratively).

🟩 OW's second kiss scene was after Kass broke the bond with Draven. After six months of exile, she and her wolf decided to sever their connection, which led to the awakening of Draven's beast. She's done with him (or so she says), but he was not having any of it after finally finding his mate. He just wouldn't let her go, so he brought her to the palace (??). They were having a conversation when the OW barged into the room and kissed him. It happened so fast, and his muscle memory kicked in, he held the OW close to him and kissed her back (I think???). But maybe after a few seconds he realized what he did and pushed her off and told her that it would never happen again since he already found his mate. Kass didn't actually care about the OW atp, 'cause like she said, she was done, and she even told her she could have Draven for herself. 🤷‍♀️

🟩 The last scene was when Draven fell under a spell. The OW and her mom finally took control of him, and at this point, he's like just a marionette. He and his beast were stuck in his mind, and his body was more like a shell in this part of the book. The OW's father passed away, and after the funeral, Draven brought the OW back to the palace, and he said she's going to be his Luna, but he would keep Kass as his mistress. It's the magic that's speaking; it's not really him. Kass knows this but is still hurt just the same. So Draven the puppet and the OW went to a room, and they kissed, and Luna felt it. The bond with a hellhound apparently cannot be broken; it can be cloaked, but it cannot be entirely severed. Atp, the bond was back between them. So she went to stop/see them and caught them in the act, and they didn't stop even though they knew she was already there. Again, I could not blame Draven 'cause he's under a spell and being controlled by someone else.

🟩 There were two on-page kiss scenes with the OM (he's Draven's beta/friend). But, their main motivation for these scenes was to unleash the hellhound. Apparently these beasts are possessive, and what could be the better way to provoke the territorial side? The first one was more like a swift kiss, but the second was longer with some groping involved because they needed the beast to get angry and Draven to shift.

🟩 The OM isn’t interested in Kass; he’s really just a friend who cares about Draven. I think the next book will focus on him since he has already met his mate. But maaan, he's such a dick towards her, and I hope the FMC would stop being meek, because ugh.

Book info:
- Fated mates
- Violence, death
- Open door spice
- No cheating
- With OM (but not really), OWD galore
- Separation (in the beginning, 6 mos)
- V FMC, Non V MMC (not sure if he'd been with others aside from the OW)
- HEA (they're together, so I guess??)

Fated mates
Started this but to much OWD AND
Cheating, he kisses (maybe more) OW for 6mo after he rejects his mate
And there is some kissing cause he is under a spell EVEN AFTER

‼️But why I really DNF was cause I found out she is a VIRGIN WHILE HE IS NOT! he slept w OW ( maybe more then her) 1 year at least while he was in a arranged engagement w her as his chosen mate.

Also he isn’t a alpha
And I do t care for the whole I’m under a spell and that’s why I can’t be accountable for my actions. It annoys me

If you have mates at least make it equal that to me is the worst. One mate is highly experienced and the other is a V!? No way

If your gonna give us yet another shifter book and a rejected mate at least give us something different. This was a bit all over form the 7-8 chapters I read.

I loved it. It has been a long time since reading a good furry story. My only objection is we didn't get in depth in their bonding after she accepts the realisation of the true reasons she got rejected. I do hope there's a second book with Sin's story

Really not angsty like I expected. He doesn’t feel that mate bond because of a curse placed on him. So not really his fault. He wasn’t sexing OW after meeting heroine. Forgiven pretty easily but again it wasn’t really his fault for not believing she is his mate. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The Hollow Alpha aka Issız Alfa 🙂‍↔️

Rejected Mate’ in köpeği olduğum için hemen atladım. Yani ne süper dedim ne berbat.

Alfaların Alfası Lycan King aka Vaka-i Karamanoğulları Beyliği Draven (26) ile Kass (26)’ in yolları kesişir, Kass onu eşi ilan eder, kalabalığın içerisinde reddedilir ve olaylar gelişir.

Kitabın Özeti: Acılara yürüyor, korkmuyorum. 🔥

Honestly? I loved this so much.

Rejected mate. He rejects her publicly then banished her. She managed to break the mate bond but then his shifter emerges (for the first time ever) and it is not what people expected. And that shifter is having no part of the broken mate bond 😂

There's court intrigue, magic, witches and a b*tch OW.

H grovels enough IMO. He's sweet and a bit dorky and I love his shifter .

Can't wait for Sin's book!

There was some decent world building in this book. While it had an angsty premise, the delivery sort of glossed over the angst. Our h is tough enough to break the bond herself. Her suffering of 6 months is mostly glossed over and summarized in a few sentences.

Poor Draven is a hapless victim ultimately. Though he rejects the h it is completely due to being manipulated and controlled by magic, so he’s not truly at fault. This also diminishes the angst. He is pretty easily forgiven.

This author has talent and I look forward to Sin’s story next. I like the unique world.

DNF @ 11%.

It was clear where the story was heading, that the MMC didn't technically reject the FMC of his own will and was cursed or something. I don't like that. If we're going to have a rejection story with angst, then have it be real rejection and tons of angst and heartbreak.

Also, the dialogue was awful. Their voices sounded very immature and it didn't flow like a typical conversation of that gravity. The MMC asks her RIGHT AFTER she severs the bond if she feels the broken bond and mentions how it's painful and in tatters. The FMC says, "Too bad, so sad." Huh? What 26 year old woman would talk like that to the man that broke her heart publicly....it sounds more like a playground taunt.

DNFing at 15%. I'm not a fan of having no character or world development at the start of a book. I need a reason to care about what has happened or is currently happening to them, and I just don't. Also, I'm not a fan of the writing style. If you're looking for something where the story feels more compacted without a ton of development or a lighter feeling shifter book, give this one a try. It's just not for me.

If you want to be taken back to your 13 year old self and read a Wattpad werewolf book here you go. Honestly, I knew what I was getting into, why did I expect more. The FMC had no characterization…she just rolled over for the MMC. There was no world building. They just kept introducing new stuff and expected us to know it (really the Greek gods are in it now too?)

dnf for now, might finish it some other time.

but for now this wasn't what i was expecting, i was expecting a bit of grovel on the mmc's part for rejecting the fmc and saying such hurtful things.
yes he was cursed as to not feel the mating bond but he didn't have to humiliate and hurt her like that and imo it was grounds for a decent grovel but we got none of that. not even some juicy omd / jealousy to even things out.
instead it was all owd and him showing how gullible he is, the fmc getting hurt by seeing him with some more owd..etc
it's not a satisfying read so im stopping

safety : so far
idk if it's considered cheating
but the mmc kissed the ow a couple of times after promising the fmc to work it out with her, one of the times he was under a spell but the first time he kissed her back was of his own free will knowing damn well he had a mate and if she didn't " sever " her bond it could really hurt her yet he did it anyways out of " muscle memory" before he pushed the ow away.
owd : he had an arranged mate / gf for months and the fmc had to " feel " them together kissing and being lovey dovey and it hurt her because she could feel all that, the mmc said he hasn't slept with her since the fmc told him they were mates six months ago.

Really enjoyed this one, but it did drag a little after the halfway mark before it picked back up again. The plot reminded me (on a surface level) of Night and Neera: A Rejected Mate Story in that the heroine is rejected by the Alpha who is supposed to be her fated mate, who is with an OW . In this case, when Kassira breaks the mating bond, it causes Draven to go crazy and his inner lycan goes nuts.

I really enjoyed the byplay between Kassira and Draven and was glad that the author didn't drag out the grovel too much since Draven's crimes weren't really his fault. I definitely enjoyed it and it was a solid book, but I'm not sure I'd go back and do a re-read. I tend to like more angst and grovel in rejected mate stories and due to the circumstances, more would not have fit here.

But the lack of angst did serve to really make me really like the characters: Kass was smart and funny sassy and Draven was sexy but a little goofy once you get to know him, which is an archetype I love (if you met my husband, you'd know I love an inner secret goofball -- or actually you probably wouldn't because it takes a long time for that to come out). That's something I also noticed when I read Traitor by this author, that she/he?/they? are good at really fleshing out their characters. I am really looking forward to reading more by the author.

2.5 ⭐️

This had some interesting ideas, and was good for a fantasy palate cleanser!

It didn’t end up being as angsty or deep as I wanted, and sadly I wasn’t that connected to their romance, but it was an ok read overall!

*some spoilers here!!*
safety: violence, on page deaths, she’s banished
Romance wise: He’s in an arranged pair with ow, but he’s cursed and didn’t feel his mate bond. He doesn’t sleep with ow after he meets the heroine, but she feels their kisses. He seems to have little feeling for her so I wish they’d never slept together? It’s all a curse situation so it didn’t bother me that much, but of course heroine is a virgin because she knew she’d have a mate.

DNF 10% in when FMC told MMC to “stop flashing his ding-a-ling” at her.

The writing was already bad but I was trying to push through. Do not try to push through

I’m only giving 2 stars because I finished. 1 star is for DNF… and tragically I read this whole train wreck.

This book is called “The Hollow Alpha”, but this whole damn world is hollow! What time period are we in? When characters start saying things like “You’re glitching” and “out of pocket”, you think modern… yet there is nothing modern about this story. Characters are wearing FUCKING ARMOR! There is ZERO world building and various random info dumps from characters that just happen to have information.

Also, I HATE the dual-consciousness-shifter-thing. “Neris”, Kassira’s wolf was just annoying. “Draxis” was a drooling nightmare creature. I despised them both. I hated when Kassira and Neria would talk. I just hated it.

At one point a god shows up, gets beat up by the “hellhound” because of course the MMC is OP, and then they talk about REPORTING THE GOD TO OTHER GODS????? What????

This is NOT a good book. It’s Wattpad quality. Cringey. If I actually paid money to read this. I’d be pissed.

A nice shifter romance between Kassira & Draven.

It’s fast paced, with action, secrets and ancient spells. There wasn’t much character development but I didn’t mind. Both MCs seemed nice.

I was hoping for more angst but the little there was, was dissolved too quickly.

Overall, it was a quick read that I enjoyed.

-Dual 1st person POV
-Spice: 🌶️.5

Overall: 3.5/5 ⭐️ for me.

POV: Single
Ends on a cliffhanger: No, this is a standalone in an interconnected series (assuming so anyway being that it led into a set-up for the next character couple).

Adevenutre: 🌪🌪
Spice: 🌶🌶
Angst: 5/5 😪
Romance: 💔

Disclaimer: I admire authors for being brave enough to submit their work to us readers, which opens them up to feedback; understandably this is not always positive feedback. This opinion is subjective and does not reflect my view of the author.

I didn’t personally care for this story as I felt for the copious drama thrown at the reader, there was a lack luster payoff. I also severely hate (saying this with my full breath) mate stories where it is laid out as if there is NO CHOICE in the bond. That is just not romantic to me. The abrupt start to this book felt like walking into a glass door – wasn’t a fan of that either.

The one star I gave this, and the reason I didn’t DNF – is I needed to stay on the struggle bus to learn if the risk was worth the reward. For me, it was not.

Characters

Kassira I was giving snaps when she broke the bond … but I would have done that shiz immediately – EF waiting months on end while banished to a decrepit type realm on the border of the kingdom where she writhed in agony the entire time. Was he bespelled, sure, but as she doesn’t know that at the time … 6 months is a long time to torture yourself over someone you quite literally just met and know absolutely nothing about other than you’re his fate mate.

Draven Ok; I understand he was cursed. I get the concept. However, it feels contrary to what I’m supposed to suspend belief for … which is that he’s the “Alpha of Alphas”. Yet as a high and mighty Alpha, a with who doesn’t have enough power on her own, so she mooches off her surprise daughter to case this curse felt … inconsistent, I guess? The way it was written just seemed like it was SO EASY to overpower this powerful mate bond and this powerful Alpha. I will absolutely own that maybe I’m just being too critical, but I blame it on all the OW drama that occurred throughout the book.

Story:

The story felt too abrupt in key scenes. The rejection scene at the beginning happens right out of the gate. The entire synopsis of the book jacket happens within the first few chapters for the most part. I felt like the reason that he thought he didn’t have a mate was too convenient as it was explained as a simple “Whoopsie, things happen” sort of thing. I was incredibly peeved with the whole idea that the only way to bring his animal self to the surface was for her to kiss another man. The OW and OM tension is not my preferred trope – so it just killed the book for me personally.

If you like lots of tension and conflict that ends with an HEA, if you like the idea of fated mates and an obsessed hero (when he’s in control of his faculties), and if you like a heroine fight for her man – you probably would enjoy this. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. Happy reading!

DNF 40% - don’t buy this book. Go on wattpad and save your money

Lmfao this was written by a 15 yr old for sure. I won’t say it’s AI assisted because I know for a FACT chatgpt writes better than this. I can’t imagine anything having worse prose, much less a computer. I know for sure this is a wattpad author given what Google tells me with their prior work.
Dialogue is super cringey - middle school levels of cringe. It’s not millennial “omg so random” cringe or gen-z “unalive” cringe. We’re past that lmfao. This should’ve stayed on wattpad. Tbh even adult wattpad authors have better writing, which leads me to believe this is a child’s story. Which makes any semblance of spice super gross! I didn’t run into it at 40% thank gods but I can’t imagine reading smut written by some child hiding in her bedroom from her mom. If you can’t buy alcohol, you can’t write smut. That’s the rules.

Also you can tell this was never edited outside of Microsoft word spellcheck. I’m so glad we have pastrami in our gritty magic-fantasy world. Timelines? Who needs them. Magic and world building? Pfft that’s for amateurs.

So this one is kinda weird for me. What I liked was the world built. It saved the book from a 2⭐️ review. What I didn’t like were I a few things. The book formatting 😖. One, two, or three sentences per paragraph. So much spacing 😖.

Some of the writing was very juvenile, then in other areas it was much better and seemed like it had to be written by some else. I haven’t knowingly read an ai book yet, maybe this was my first???

I think I paid under a buck-fifty for the book so I’m not heartbroken, and curious enough to get Sin and Sin’s book (🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 WHY???) if it’s the same price.

Rejected mates are always good. This one wasn’t super deep. The world building wasn’t super detailed, but you got enough to know what was going on. There wasn’t a crazy amount of angst but there was some.
I just really liked the book and the plot. It was easy to read and it had enough substance to keep me entertained. I’ll read the next book for sure.

Hmm. This was not good. It was like every fantasy trope/genre was thrown into a blender and we were force fed it with a too tiny (paper) straw. We got witches! Shifters! Gods! Dragons! Lycans! Wait, no, scratch that-HELLHOUNDS! Plot?!? What’s that?! We don’t need one of those. How about instead of a story that makes a lick of sense, we just give you weakly written characters fumbling around for 200+ pages. I don’t think I’ll be indulging in the next installment of this series.

This was bad! Started it because I had been wanting some shifter romance.

It’s like the author couldn’t decide what time period the book should be based in.

Answering that question and adjusting the language would have greatly improved this. The dialogue was stunted/juveline. Felt like high schoolers talking not Royals.

Won’t be checking out any of their other work but good luck
