AI for Everyone by SK Singh is a solid introductory guide for anyone new to artificial intelligence who wants to move past hype and start using AI in everyday work and life.

The book’s greatest strength is its accessibility. It clearly explains core AI concepts — machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI — without assuming a technical background. I appreciated the practical orientation: AI is presented as a copilot, not a replacement for human thinking, with many concrete examples around productivity, creativity, automation, and decision support. For beginners, this framing is empowering and confidence-building.

I also liked the emphasis on:
• AI as a life skill, not a luxury
• Asking better questions rather than chasing tools
• Responsible and human-centered AI use
• Treating AI as a thinking partner to reduce mental clutter and repetitive work

That said, the book would benefit from tighter editing. Many ideas are repeated across chapters, often using slightly different wording. The structure feels closer to presentation slides than a narrative book: lots of subsections, bullet points, and reiterations of the same core messages. While this may help absolute beginners reinforce learning, it can feel redundant for readers who grasp concepts quickly.

Who this book is for:
• AI beginners
• Non-technical professionals
• Students, managers, and knowledge workers curious about practical AI use

Who may find it limited:
• Readers already comfortable with AI concepts
• Those looking for depth, case studies, or advanced frameworks

Bottom line:
A useful on-ramp into AI with a strong mindset and practical focus, but repetitive in places and lighter on depth. Best read selectively rather than cover-to-cover.
