This one does a neat trick, literarily. The stereotypical setup is that a young lesbian goes to a female doctor because the young lesbian hasn't had her period for a couple of months. But the real differences and creative bits in the story are in the clear explanation, something like clinical, of what happens during her examination. Everything is clean and professional but with passion and explosive lust.
