Delightful finish to this series! Finally it's Tucker Hott's turn to fulfill his end of the Hott siblings grandfather's will conditions to help his sister Hanna keep their family land and her wedding business. As a bodyguard with a case that went wrong, Tucker has deep regrets and is determined to keep out of any relationship (and out of the bodyguard business) but things don't go according to plan. Not only does he get hired on to keep Autumn, a social media influencer and the sister of a woman getting married in Rush Creek, safe, he also has to pretend to be her boyfriend as a way to explain his presence at the wedding festivities. It's a forced proximity, fake relationship romance with some spicy scenes, some surprising twists and a couple who need to do some soul searching to find their happy ever after. I enjoyed all the cameos of the many sibling characters who've made up this series (and the Wilder Brothers and their families too). I look forward to whatever comes next from this author!

Sunshine-only girl meets “I don’t deserve happiness” bodyguard… you can guess how that goes. 💛
You’ve got a bodyguard who doesn’t think he deserves happiness and a heroine who only allows herself to feel it, and watching them meet in the middle was honestly really sweet. It almost felt like a therapy session in book form, but in a good way. The message about actually letting yourself feel all your emotions was handled really well, and I was fully invested in both of their journeys.
The chemistry was great, the family dynamics were strong (which I always love), and overall it was just a really easy, enjoyable read.
That said… the random danger elements?? Absolutely unhinged. 😅 One minute it’s light, flirty, easy breezy, and the next someone’s setting things on fire or pulling a gun like we’ve entered a completely different book. If you don’t take it too seriously, it’s kind of hilarious, but it did surprise me.
Still, super cute, very readable, and definitely a good time overall. 💫

Autumn Sato is a happiness influencer. When Hanna, Tucker Hott's sister, needs him to be Autumn's bodyguard during Autumn's sister's wedding festivities, he's reluctant. Autumn is the antithesis of grumpy storm cloud Tucker. But he'd do anything for his sister, even pretend to be Autumn's boyfriend. Especially when it means they will (finally) have completed all of their meddlesome late grandfather's will conditions. And even though Tucker swore he'd never get close to someone he guarded ever again.
That oath gets harder and harder to enforce when Tucker and Autumn find themselves having to share one bed, then one tent, and a chemistry that neither is able to deny.
Meanwhile, someone seems to have it out for Autumn… or the Hott family… or both. Will Tucker be able to keep Autumn and his family safe, without losing himself even more.
It was bittersweet to be stepping back into life in Rush Creek, knowing this was the last in the Hott series. I've enjoyed this and the Wilder series, and the characters feel like old friends at this point. Still, I loved it!
I've been so intrigued by Tucker since early in this series, so I was very interested to see what was going on underneath that dark thunder cloud. My heart ached for him whenever he beat himself up about what happened in his past, but I loved how fiercely protective he was of Hanna, his sister, and Autumn as he got to know her better. It's no secret that grumpy/sunshine and forced proximity are two of my favourite tropes, and I loved how different Autumn and Tucker were on the surface. I giggled so many times as their fake-dating situation was set up. The Hott/Wilder breakfast was hilariously awkward yet endearing. I loved Natalie's devious game, and Autumn and Tucker's response made me laugh, but also fan myself. I loved Tucker's no-nonsense sense of humour and his kind heart.
Autumn was such a caring and empathetic person, and I appreciated that she was able to take criticism when she sometimes overreached, even when she had the best intentions. I adored how Tucker slowly opened up to Autumn about his family and his past. Autumn was such a great listener, and I loved how she was supportive when he was being vulnerable about his previous assignment. I thought Autumn's family history and the exploration of mental health were particularly well-written, especially from the carer's perspective.
Autumn and Tucker's chemistry sizzled. I loved how in sync they were with each other almost immediately, as well as their more tender moments.
When the drama hit, my heart broke for everyone involved in different ways. I won’t spoil the details, but I loved how kind and generous Autumn was with her time and energy afterwards, even though she was still a guest. I also appreciated how understanding Hanna was after Weggers called. My heart ached for Summer when the deception was revealed, even though they had the best intentions, and I LOVED how calm Autumn was in the face of the saboteur.
There were plenty of wonderful characters. I appreciated the diversity of characters in this story. Summer and Jane were so adorable together, and I loved how much they looked after each other throughout the story. It was also fun to catch up with all of the residents of Rush Creek. Nan was as sassy as ever, and I loved that we got a little more of the Wilders in this story, alongside the Hott's. I especially loved the final few chapters, which tied all of the series up in a bow, even though they put me through the whole gamut of emotions! The way I CACKLED at the revelations in chapter forty-four, though! I'm a huge fan of characters not just pretending they have everything figured out, and doing the work, so I LOVED that both Autumn and Tucker made efforts to look after their mental health first and foremost.
The epilogue was adorable, and I cannot wait to see if I guessed what will be coming next.
A perfect end to the series.

In the final book in Hott Springs Eternal Book. The 5 brothers all asigned tasks by the grandfather and so far they’ve all found love. Will the same fate happen to Tucker? I mean could they be any different. She is bubbly and he well not even a little bit friendly. But of course the author takes us on a fun opposites attract love story. We see how the rest of the brothers and the women they love are doing so win win! The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some have quick witted story lines that are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

Written in dual POV this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know you’re 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

HOTT HOTTER HOTTEST is the fifth in Serena Bell's Hott Springs Eternal series set in small-town Rush Creek. Last Hott brother standing Tucker gets cornered by the executor of his eccentric grandfather's will, as Tucker and his siblings are scrambling to fulfill the unusual terms of their late grandfather’s will so they can retain ownership of his property and the ranch that has become his sister's livelihood. Autumn Sato is in town as maid of honor for her beloved sister's wedding. They're each moving through the world having sustained some emotional damage, but weren't really expecting the shock of connection they experience. When they end up in a fake relationship, it evolves rapidly and it's clear that very real emotions are involved.
Serena Bell's storytelling is on point, and her characterizations are warm and compelling as always. I loved how Autumn and Tucker truly bring out some of the best in each other, and loved also how they recognized that neither was ultimately responsible for how the other person reacted or felt, but that each was all in in terms of their willingness to do their best for the other. Their families were lovingly supportive, and loved seeing the Hotts again as they pulled together for this wedding. A hopeful and joyful read.

This is a grumpy sunshine romance at a whole other level. With deeply constructed characters, Serena Bell did it again. The main couple win us over right at the first chapter. Autumn trapped herself on a role of a bubbly excited optimist who can’t let herself feel anything but joy out of fear to become depressed as her closest relatives. Tucker can’t forgive himself of any fault, even if he couldn’t control the outcome and became a loner hermit who wouldn’t allow himself any pleasure at all, even the simplest ones. They were supposed to be each other opposites but in fact they discovered a lot about themselves while they were forced to watch each other’s behaviors and struggles. This was a great ending of this amazing series and let us wishing for more!!

I loved reading Hot Hotter Hottest. The plot, characters and suspense were done super well and kept me turning the pages well into the night. Tucker and Autumn had chemistry from that first meeting and seeing their connection grow 1 day at a time was amazing to see. Tucker had so much pain inside from everything that had happened. Autumn had also been through so much and seeing her really feel her emotions and start to connect with them was really well done. I really liked how Serena tackled the mental health aspects of this book, it was done sensitively but also realistically. I was so excited to get answers about all the sabotage throughout this series. Really enjoyed the final book and can’t wait to dive into whatever Serena does next.

Every time I read one of Serena’s books I get so drawn into the world she’s created. I love the feel of the close knit family, especially as the Hott family has had their issues in the past. Deep down they know that they’ll always be there and when it comes time they all show up. Tucker is the last brother to get his directive from their Grandad through Weggers and it’s definitely unique. Tucker has been the brother who has shut himself away from the others the most, yet he’s still there. I loved that Tucker probably wants to do his assignment less than any of the others, but still doesn’t hesitate to do what he needs to for Hanna. Autumn has a similar sense of duty towards her own family. They really are two sides of the same coin. I love how they both work towards helping the other come to some hard truths. This book also had a different element that I loved. A bodyguard has to have something to guard against, but what is it???

I loved every minute I spent reading this novel. Ms. Bell has a wonderful way with words: the banter, humorous asides, and relatable characters make the plot (which is very creative) really sing. This book is the fifth in the *Hott Springs Eternal* series. Each book has featured one of the Hott brothers being forced to fulfill the terms of their grandfather's very strange will in order to keep the family land. This aspect of the story is so much fun! This book works as a standalone, but don't miss reading the rest of the series if you can. Grumpy Tucker finds himself acting as bodyguard to happiness influencer Autumn at her sister's wedding, which leads to fake dating, and then to even more. Some oddly threatening events and even sabotage surround the wedding, so the bodyguarding idea is not far-fetched. Seeing Autumn and Tucker learn to overcome their issues, understand each other and succumb to their chemistry is quite fascinating. The spicy moments that ensue are so evocative, with excellent give and take - each treating the other so well. This novel is an exciting and delightful conclusion to this imaginative series. Now to find the time to read them all again!

This was a fun romance. I haven't read any of the others in the series but it didn't matter much. Likeable leads with dual POV. I enjoyed the fake dating and single bed tropes. The mystery aspect wasn't important to me.

Tucker Hott has a problem. Complete his grandfather’s will and save his family’s business. Don’t comply with the will and his baby sister loses everything. All he has to do is pretend to be a loving boyfriend for a stranger at a wedding while keeping this same stranger safe from a stalker. Also, don’t let the bride find out.
On second thought, Tucker Hott has a couple of problems and top of the list is Autumn Sato, his surprise girlfriend, maid of honor and potential target of said unknown stalker.
Book 5 in Serena Bell’s Hott Brothers series has upped the ante on Hott plot twists. Bell’s books are usually filled with quick banter, off beat moments and 3 alarm 🔥🔥🔥 love scenes. This series finale did not disappoint. Tucker may have been the most elusive of the brothers, determined to avoid relationships and love, but that old saying remains true. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
Last, but not least, I’m partial to side characters and lucky for me, this book has a few and a surprising twist that made me laugh. A fun read.
On second thought, Tucker Hott has a couple of problems and top of the list is Autumn Sato, his surprise girlfriend, maid of honor and potential target of said unknown stalker.

I’ve enjoyed the Rush Creek series, but this one didn’t quite hit the same way the others did. The relationship felt rushed. I would’ve loved to have seen more tension and yearning. They jump into things rather quickly and there’s no fun buildup leading up to it. The pacing of the relationship felt off and because the couple get together early on I wondered where we would go from there.
Autumn is a happiness influencer who seems to have a stalker. Because the nature of their posts has escalated, her father won’t feel safe unless she has a bodyguard present at her sister’s wedding. It’s non-negotiable. Enter Tucker. In order to save his sister’s business and follow the stipulations of his grandfather’s will, he agrees to the terms. So as not to cause her sister any worry during her wedding week, Autumn comes up with a faking dating plan, but things quickly turn real for both of them.
The characters lacked depth, though not for want of trying. Each is given a tragic backstory, yet it didn’t feel fleshed out enough. Tucker has isolated himself from family and friends and refused to find any joy in life due to the tragic passing of his ex-girlfriend. The circumstances of her death were outlandish if I’m honest. When he reveals this to Autumn during an emotional moment it doesn’t land at all. “Oh, come on!” I thought to myself. Autumn’s past isn’t much better. There’s a reason behind her need to be happy all of the time, but it just didn’t pull on the heartstrings. Everything just felt surface level for me. Even though this is told from dual POV’s we don’t really have any insight into either character. Their chemistry also feels very forced and the rate at which Tucker trusts Autumn with his trauma when he hasn’t been able to trust anyone in his family or a therapist just wasn’t believable.
The terms of his job according to his grandfather’s lawyer were also ridiculous. To ensure they were together 24/7, he provided them with AirTags to keep tabs on them. Look I get it. This is fiction, and we do have to suspend belief, but this was a stretch. He would’ve been with her anyway given his past trauma, but whatevs.
I will say the third act breakup was believable. Tucker has trauma, and it is reasonable to believe he would react in a certain way due to circumstances that come up. This has a more serious tone than the other novels in the series, but it’s written in the same lighthearted manner as the other novels. The stalker doesn’t feel like a serious threat nor does the sabotage happening around Hanna’s business. I’m not opposed to those plot lines, but they needed to be handled with nuance and care. I didn’t feel that was the case here. Maybe I’m just too cynical for this novel.

Not me, crying quietly over in the corner because this series has come to an end...
Tucker and Autumn's story is an AMAZING send-off for this series! We even got some Wilders (almost all of them, actually) on-the-page action, just to make everything extra *extra* special. I'm never going to say no to a fake dating story, and when you add in the fact that one of them is actually acting as a bodyguard for the other on top of that? All the grabby hands over here. Tucker and Autumn's story is a stellar example of why those tropes are always going to be my jam. Their chemistry is off the charts, and their dialogue--both the words that come out of their mouths and the ones that only they and the readers know about--are chef's kiss. I was alternately snort laughing and tearing up over here.
And then there were the scenes that made me want to break out the fan...
If you're one of those readers who has to wait to start a series until it's all been written, here you go! I'm almost jealous of people who will get to binge read and get to watch all of these characters find their HEAs for the first time all at once. Just don't forget that these books are a spin-off of Wilder Adventures and start there, if you haven't read them yet either. I promise, you won't be sorry.
If, on the other hand, you're one of those people who like to pick and choose the books you read regardless of their position in a series, I do have to say--of course you can just read this one with zero background. BUT there is an overarching series plot point--the Hott family's grandfather's will--that will give you a much more rewarding payoff as a reader if you read them all, in order. You have been warned--but, you do you. Choosing to read a rom-com is never a bad idea, IMO.

Never did I ever think I would be giving a romance novel about a happiness influencer 5 stars but here we are.
This is a dual POV romance between Autumn, the aforementioned happiness influencer, and Tucker, who is hired by her father to be her bodyguard for her sister's wedding. Autumn has a stalker and her dad wants to keep her safe; she only agrees because she doesn't want anything to go wrong for her sister. The only problem is, she can't introduce Tucker as her bodyguard, because then her sister will KNOW something is wrong, so instead they pretend that he's her boyfriend, which explains why he never leaves her side.
Tucker is the grump to her sunshine, they're basically opposites in every single way, but they WORK. There is also insta-attraction on both sides, which I don't always love, but it works here. The majority of the book takes place within a week's worth of wedding festivities, and the book is under 300 pages, so things happen QUICK. Which, again, I don't always love, but it makes perfect sense for this story.
I'm relatively familiar with Serena Bell's work, I've read the Wilder series but this is the first time I'm jumping into the Hott Springs series. Even though this is the 5th(!) in the series and I had no prior knowledge going in, I feel like this book did a really good job of filling in the blanks and working as a standalone but it also does a really good job of making me want to read all the others that came before it, which is a credit to good writing. I also loved the Wilder cameos!
And Tucker Hott? Tucker, Tucker, Tucker. Quite possibly the man most filled with green flags I've read about all year. This is one of those MMCs that you wish you could find in real life because he's so good. Caring and protective and all the things you love in a romance hero. And it never feels forced or like he's TOO perfect of a man, which is often quite hard to do (I read a lot of romance novels, trust me, I know).
I need to read all his brothers' love stories immediately, and if they're written like Tucker is, I know they'll all be just as good! I hope the author continues to write about all of the residents of this town, because I will eat them all up!

Autumn Sato's lives life in front of a camera, sharing positivity and happiness with her viewers, and also giving them ideas of how they can discover it in their own lives too. Sometimes though when you live the very public life that she does you start to attract unwanted attention, or even people whom aren't just satisfied with seeing her on their screens... the stalkerish kind of people. So for her going out in the public can be tricky and sometimes unsafe... and that is where Tucker comes into her life.
Hott, Hotter, Hottest brings us into the lives of two souls that have only been living half lives, both putting on a brave face for everyone around them, but secretly suffering inside. Once these two meet the sparks start to fly, but neither of them are really read to explore them, both having hang-ups holding them back. For Tucker, protecting Autumn is just a favor to his sister, but it becomes much more than that. He has been down this road before and still has the scars to prove it, and he's not really wanting to open that part of his life back up again. Autumn has gotten so good at making sure everything in her life is positive and pushing anything that resembles negativity out, that she kind of forgot what it is like to experience the bad parts of life, which is truly holding her back from feeling and living. As these two get to know one another they begin to open up to one another and that is where things start to take a very beautiful and healing turn.
I loved watching these two find their happy, there were a few missteps along the way, but everything worked out as it was supposed to... and that made my heart pretty darn happy. If you are a lover of emotional rom-coms with a touch of danger than you need to check this one out, it has all the feels and laughs your heart can hold... and just enough suspense to keep hooked and turning the pages! Highly recommend!

Autumn is a happiness influencer who may have a stalker. She needs a bodyguard at her sister’s wedding. Enter Tucker Hott. In order to help save his sister’s business, he agrees to be Autumn’s bodyguard. Not wanting to draw attention to her situation and worry everyone during her sister’s wedding week, they concoct a plan that they are fake dating. As they work to keep Autumn safe and figure out who is sabotaging the family business, they soon discover their feelings have turned real.
Tucker is the total grump, while Autumn takes sunshine to another level. As Autumn and Tucker got to know each other, we got to learn more about each of them. Autumn’s eternal optimism is a way to escape the worries of becoming depressed, and Tucker’s grumpy side stems from a need to protect others and a fear of failing as he has before. Not only do these two uncover the layers of each other, but we get to see the undeniable chemistry between them. I loved watching the two of them find their own happiness.
With their falling in love, we also had a bit of a mystery. We had to figure out who was stalking Autumn, and if anyone was trying to sabotage the Hott family’s business. This book is the final book in the Hott Springs Eternal series. I have read the series in order and have loved how Serena crafted this family and how supportive they are of each other.
I’m sad this series is over. I had so much fun reading it! I look forward to seeing what comes next from Serena! If you like a fun rom-com with a bit of mystery and danger, this would be the perfect book for you!

Autumn’s eternal optimism is a way to escape the worries of becoming depressed, and Tucker’s grumpy side stems from a need to protect others and a fear of failing as he has before. Not only do these two uncover the layers of each other, but we get to see the undeniable chemistry between them. I loved watching the two of them find their own happiness.
With their falling in love, we also had a bit of a mystery. We had to figure out who was stalking Autumn, and if anyone was trying to sabotage the Hott family’s business. This book is the final book in the Hott Springs Eternal series. I have read the series in order and have loved how Serena crafted this family and how supportive they are of each other.
I’m sad this series is over. I had so much fun reading it! I look forward to seeing what comes next from Serena! If you like a fun rom-com with a bit of mystery and danger, this would be the perfect book for you!

This is finally Tucker Hott's story, the mysterious Hott brother in Rush Creek. Tucker was a bodyguard and for some unknown reason all of sudden quit and finds himself back in Rush Creek. Since he is the last Hott to be given their task from Arthur Weggers, his deceased grandfather's lawyer, he is trying to avoid the man at all costs. Of course Arthur still finds him. It ends up his task is having to be a bodyguard for Autumn Sato, a happiness influencer who is in town for her sister Summer's wedding. It seems someone may be trying to harm Autumn and because of her potential stalker she needs a bodyguard but she doesn't want Summer to know.
With Tucker and Autumn having to spend so much time together, people start to believe they are dating and they don't correct them. So now they are always together, sharing a bed and having a hard time not taking things to a different level. Tucker tries his hardest not to cross that line but of course they eventually do and this brings back demons from Tucker's past. Eventually everything comes crashing down between Autumn's stalker, the person trying to sabotage Hott Springs Eternal, the wedding and the feelings Tucker and Autumn have for each other. In the end everything works out and Tucker and Autumn find their happy ever after.
I just adored this steamy grumpy/happy love story. When I finally realized what made Tucker the way he was, you couldn't help but root for him. I loved how they balanced Tucker with Autumn who was different from him, yet so much alike! Overall this was a great end to this series that I just loved and am sad that it's over.

The final installment in the Hott brothers saga follows Tucker as he attempts to fulfill the terms of his grandfather’s will. Enter Autumn Sato, maid of honor for the latest wedding at the Rush Creek venue and, improbably, a “happiness influencer” who has begun dealing with increasingly unsettling, stalker-like behavior online. Tucker, a bodyguard struggling with lingering PTSD from past assignments, steps in to fake date Autumn during the wedding festivities while secretly acting as her protector.
Sigh. I have loved this series and have faithfully read every installment, which honestly made this one a little disappointing. The setup surrounding the will felt flimsy, and the central conflict required a pretty major suspension of disbelief. The whole “happiness influencer” angle, combined with the parody account threatening her, never quite landed for me. Then, once the sabotage storyline at the wedding venue is revealed, the plot veers so far into soap-opera territory that I found myself rolling my eyes more than once.
That said, I finished it because I genuinely adore these characters and the world the author created from the very first book. The series as a whole has always balanced sweetness, chemistry, and spice well, but this finale just didn’t have the emotional payoff I was hoping for.
Overall, I still recommend the series, and fans will probably want to read this one for completion’s sake. I only wish the ending had felt a little more grounded and less far-fetched, because it slightly undercut the satisfaction of saying goodbye to characters I’ve enjoyed for so long.

This might be my favourite read of the series! I've been waiting to read Tucker's story and to see how he grew and changed in finding his person. It also helps that I absolutely gobble up bodyguard romances AND fake dating and this was the perfect mesh of both.
I loved how poetic this was, how quickly they both felt safe with each other, and that they were able to open up so easily without judgement. I loved that Tucker saw Autumn beneath the happy facade, and that Autumn saw the hurt and pain that Tucker hid. Together they left space for vulnerability and openness that made the matching chemistry off the charts. I wasn't surprised when two traumatized and broken people fell hard, and I loved that they were still open and honest that they each had a lot of healing to do before they were fully whole.
I was also thrilled to finally figure out who has been sabotaging the family land, and it was nice that it kind of took a backseat to everything else instead of the discovery pulling the book off course. Also, I adored that we had a transwoman as one of the brides in the story, and how lovingly and openly accepted she was by everyone in the book. It was genuine and perfect and made my queer little heart sing to see such easy LGBT rep sprinkled in.
All in all, this was a great book to tie off this series, and I hope we have a bodyguard series spinoff in the town after seeing the end of the epilogue!

We’ve reached the final book in the Hott Springs Eternal series. Tucker Hott is a grumpiest brother, but has also been through a tragedy he won’t tell his family about. When he must fulfill the terms of his grandfather’s will he ends up being a bodyguard for Autumn, an influencer, who has attracted negative attention. They can’t deny their desire for one another though, and are drawn together.
Poor Tucker was so hard on himself for what had happened in his past, I felt so bad for him. He had closed himself off so completely, so I loved when Autumn’s presence affected him. However, it won't be easy as it appears that the way for Tucker to complete his task is to act as a bodyguard for Autumn, a happiness influencer whose sister is getting married at the resort. Tucker has sworn never to work in security again after he was deeply hurt by a job gone wrong, but he's determined not to let his sister down so he has no choice but to face his fears.

Perfect Finale to Amazing Series
In many ways Tucker Hott and Autumn Sato are opposites. Tucker does not know how to be happy while Autumn does not know how to be unhappy. Tucker does not let anything in his life be good while Autumn will not let anything in her life be bad. They should not fit, but the attraction is mutual. Only the very last thing Tucker wants to have even the basest, least romantic feelings for a client even if being around Autumn is the first time in a long time that he has felt alive. Autumn is in no place for a relationship either. She is the one that holds it all together for everyone else and that is what she is doing for her sister’s wedding. Serena certainly hit the marks with her finale for the “Hott Springs Eternal” Series. It is a grumpy vs sunshine fake romance with heart tugging emotion, mental health struggles, steamy spice, humerus banter as well as sabotage, suspense and danger which is a new direction for Serena Bell. There were intriguing twists that I certainly did not see coming along the way.. I feel a little sad to leave the Hotts, Wilders and towns people of Rush Creek for now, but am hoping that they will make some cameo appearances in future series so I can keep up with them.

Preface: I started with book 5 of a interconnected series (Hott Springs Eternal) portraying a family with a grandfather's crazy will stipulations. I know I missed some of the nuance and storytelling because I came in so late in the story. However, I enjoyed it so much I will be going back to the beginning!
Tucker is a grumpy former-bodyguard. Autumn is a happiness influencer. When Tucker's sister plans the wedding Autumn is in, he agrees to be her fake boyfriend/true bodyguard for the festivities. Which include camping with only 1 tent. And a hotel with only 1 bed. Set in Rush Creek, Tucker has to protect Autumn when danger comes calling. Autumn and Tucker spend so much time on opposite sides of the emotional spectrum that it is great to see them open up and be vulnerable with each other, and learn to feel all the feelings.
As I mentioned, there were bits of the story (inside jokes) that I missed so I'll be going back to the beginning so things like epilogues make sense!
