Jennifer Marks is an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher, community wellness educator, personal trainer, yoga instructor, Reiki Master, sound healing practitioner, and writer, dedicated to helping people rediscover their innate power through practices with foster inner balance and harmony.

Jennifer's practice, based in Upstate New York, utilizes Reiki and sound vibrational therapies to enhance self-healing abilities, working with these healing resonances to help alleviate a variety of physical and emotional challenges, support the immune system, promote better sleep and spiritual growth, and release negative thought patterns. Soon she will add orthopedic massage to her practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

She is also dedicated to creating spaces for community connection and individual self-empowerment through workshops, sacred ceremonies, nature immersion practices, mindful eating practices, and simple rituals to weave the sacred back into everyday life.

As a graduate of the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, Jennifer has a diverse background in the television and media production industry where she developed her love for writing, with published works on multiple platforms. She published her first book after experiencing life-changing events, including divorce. She's Mom to a son, daughter, and Great Pyrenees. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking, paddleboarding, or walking barefoot through her gardens.

WOW! What an AWESOME book to read! I loved reading this book and learnt a lot from it. It is well written, easy to read and follow.
A Midlife Manual to return the power within, finding your Voice, Self Love, reclaim yourself - your flow, your heart, your freedom, and Part 2 has Myths on Exercise, weight loss, cardio, Dieting, Timing, and more.
There is also a Creating a life's practice after each section, belly breathing, Meditation, Mindfulness, Journaling, grounding and more.
Well done, I loved it!
