One night with the sexy doctor was supposed to be my one bold move... And now I'm carrying his baby.
I don't do casual hookups. I don't do bars. And I definitely don't do gorgeous, green-eyed doctors with perfect hands and whispered promises that vanish by morning. But after one night with Daniel, I'm left with more than just memories—I'm pregnant, and the father is nowhere to be found.
When I finally track him down at Cedar Falls General, he looks as shocked as I feel. The man who disappeared without a word now claims he wants to be involved, that he'll support whatever I decide. But in a small town where everyone knows everyone's business, can I really trust the playboy doctor with my heart—let alone our child's future?
How do you build a life with someone you barely know, even if your body remembers exactly why you ended up in this mess in the first place?
Tempted by the Handsome Doctor is a short, sweet, and steamy small town instalove romance with a happy-ever-after. It can be read as a standalone or together with the rest of the books in the Curvy Wives of Cedar Falls series.
Tempted by the Handsome Doctor is Book 3 of the Curvy Wives of Cedar Falls series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, one-night-to-more, unplanned pregnancy, curvy librarian gets her doctor romance. Maya is a 25-year-old sweet and curvy librarian. Daniel is a hunky doctor she had a hot one-night stand with a month ago who then ghosted her. When she realizes she is pregnant, she confronts him. He admits he was scared of his feelings that night, but wants to be there for her and the baby. This was a sweet story about finding love in unexpected places and the power of second chances. These two had great chemistry and we got a lovely HEA. I loved it.

Sometimes when you least expect it you find exactly what you never knew you were looking for
Tempted by the Handsome Doctor is the third book in the Curvy Wives of Cedar Falls series. A month after Maya Sullivan has a one night stand and was then ghosted by Daniel Morrison she is about to get a very big but still little surprise. Maya grew up in Cedar Falls and moved back home a couple of years ago when her father got sick so she could help look after him and spend time together. She was able to get the job of head librarian in town and inherited the house she grew up in after her father passed. Daniel is a third year resident in emergency medicine at the local hospital. He grew up in Cedar Falls, being raised by his beloved grandfather after his mother was killed in a car accident and his father "need some time away", only to never return. He went off to university and then medical school, returning to town because the residency program is one of the best in the state. After their one night together the next morning he was called into work due to a multi-car accident and he never called or reached out to Maya again. So when she shows up at the hospital looking for him lets just say he is very surprised, and about to get an even bigger one when she drops a truth bomb on him. But Daniel knows immediately that he will be there what ever Maya decides to do and if she keeps the baby then he wants to be involved, not just write a check. He is going to have to prove himself to Maya as she is not about to trust him again so easily. Little by little though he shows up, gets involved, spends time, and may just win Maya over. I really enjoyed this small town romance with big and fast gossip, two characters that are both afraid of their feelings, and some wonderful family and friends along the way.
Everything Happens for a Reason - The encounter between Daniel and Maya was meant to be for just one night, but everything changed a month later when the consequences of that night changed their lives forever. Even though Daniel was shocked when Maya gave him the news, he stepped up to his responsibilities and proposed a way forward for them. However, living in a small town was difficult for Daniel and Maya, which also helped them get to know each other better, as they worked together.
Luckily, Daniel and Maya spending time getting to know each other and communicating openly, led to their attraction growing and them finally acknowledging their feelings and working together towards a happy future. It was a pleasure reading this lighthearted short romance novel, with wonderful characters, a little bit of steam and the great camaraderie that can only be felt in a small town location. If you are looking for your next feel good romance reading experience, then look no further than this fantastic book.

Maya discovers she is pregnant after a one night stand that snuck out before the morning came. She hasn't heard from him since and is now understandably freaking out. When she tracks Daniel down at the hospital he said he works out, she is angry and overwhelmed but wants him to know what is happening. Daniel ran out the night he met Maya because of a work emergency but truthfully it was because he felt something more for her and it scared him. Now, he will have to win her trust to be apart of her life.

Similar to the previous books in the series in that it’s a sweet short story but desperately needs the input of an editor, or another editor because, again there are inconsistencies and some things that just don’t gel.
I’ve never read an author that has so many plot inconsistencies, as if they’ve forgotten what they wrote.
Maybe this was written in the same way they make movies…. Not in a logical order. Ending first, maybe bit of the middle, then let’s go to the beginning, then let’s try back to the middle. Who knows, but it’s becoming a game of spot the errors.
Maya and Daniel had met at a local bar and had an one-night stand. They had exchanged phone numbers, but he was gone the next morning with no further communication. Now she's learning that she's expecting. She has a name, but is it real? She remembers that he told her that he was a doctor at the local hospital. Time to check? What does she learn at the hospital? Follow her journey as she goes thru an unexpected change in her life? Are there surprises along the way?.

This was a quick glimpse into the quiet, quite realalistic, lives of the lives of two small town residents. My heart broke for both of them as a grew to know them and understand their actions. If there was a chance they could figure things out, abd Maya let go of the past, they needed to try, right? This well paced and engrossing story takes us along as they try mending bridges and moving forward.
I voluntarily reviewed a gift copy of this book. I highly recommend this story. Well done. Happy Reading Y'all 📚
-A small-town romance that is sweet, hopeful, and lightly steamy. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts. Maya discovers she’s pregnant following a one night fling and she must track down Daniel. Daniel steps up, and together they slowly build trust and face their past wounds.
This quick read is well written and has great characters, especially Danny’s grandfather.
Maya and Daniel have a one night stand with consequences! He doesn't contact her after but she thinks he should know what's going on. His father left him when he was young and so he wants to step up. He says he didn't contact her because he felt more and it seared him. Will Maya give him a chance?

A well written small town story of two people whose lives are changed after a one night stand. Maya finds herself pregnant by a man who ghosted her, but when she goes to seek him out he surprises her. Daniel has worked hard to get out of his grandfathers shadow and when he see Mia again he makes a decision. It was refreshing to read of the two trying to get to know each other while also trying to deal with their own pasts. I truly enjoyed this heartwarming story.

One more great short and steamy read in Curvy Wives of Cedar Falls series. Maya and Daniel's instalove romance is well written love story. Not always what you see is what it really is. You just need to let them in and give them chance. Something different rather than accelerated friendship. Wonderful characters, with their past, pain and stubbornness.

Sometimes what happens when you least expect it and turns your world upside down is exactly what you need. When a one night stand binds an OR doc and a librarian together with 2 pink lines the story will entice you. The chemistry and small town charm are perfectly mixed in this short quick read. This series is so well done be sure to read the rest of the books as they all can be read as stand alones.
If you honestly want to read the perfect romance book, then grab this book right here. It has an addictive storyline, and the characters are hot and amazing to read about. Zoey always writes romance books that I have fallen in love with, but this one right here about a doctor is the cherry on top of a sundae if you ask me.
Maya and Daniel get together one night, and then he left without a word. One month later, Maya discovers that she's pregnant, and she goes to find him. This was a short sweet romance. I just wish we got a little more of the characters reconnecting and learning about each other.

Daniel has a one night stand with Maya and accidentally gets her pregnant. I don’t believe that these two would have ended up together if it wasn’t for the pregnancy. They were both trying to do the “right” thing. However, they have no chemistry. Low angst, quick read.
Small town doctor and a librarian have a one night stand that results in a surprise pregnancy. Can they escape the small town gossip and give their future a shot? Sweet short story I couldn’t put down!.

Maya had an Amazing night with Daniel, he said he was a Doctor. But he Ghosted her. Now 6 weeks later she has 3 little pink sticks with double lines. Whats a girl to do? Will Dr. Daniel step up ?
Daniel and May's story Has them having a 1 night stand which turned into a a surprising pregnancy. Together A weather the storm and come out stronger than ever with a little girl Who is their pride and joy
Short cute story, but not a fan of authors who glorify one night stands and babies outside of marriage. Just my personal opinion in believing in morals and values.
